The complaint was assigned ID #[redacted]. We have been in contact with him and have settled the complaint directly through mail/email with him. He was concerned about some concrete work that had been done and it deteriorated quicker than concrete does over time. We have agreed that it needs some attention (warranty), however the issue at hand has been the time to complete warranty work, when current demands of the spring/summer business have kept us working long days, 6 days a week. An agreement has been reached, signed and the requested reimbursement has been sent directly to him in the US Mail and should reach him any day now if it has not already.The problem with corresponding with the Revdex.com has in fact come from not having time in the office due to being in the field so much, and then the part time office assistant has been out with family circumstances thus keeping her from having the time to reach out in response-especially since an agreement was made outside of the Revdex.com.
