On 3/7/Mr [redacted] got his oil changed with us at our locationAbout two months later, on 5/2/Mr [redacted] came back claiming that his oil filter had come off while driving on the freeway and that his engine was making a clicking noiseWe have a double safety system where two of our employees double check the oil filter and oil plug before any vehicle leaves our premisesTwo technicians always double check the tightness and oil levelsWe informed Mr [redacted] that it is impossible for an oil filter to fall out after two months of driving the vehicle aroundWe did advised him that it the clicking noise could be caused because of lack of maintenance or to the fact that the vehicle is an older vehicle ( Nissan Quest 1998) and has over 300,miles at the time we services his vehicleMr [redacted] then went to say, that him himself had replaced the engine with a "used engine" and that the odometer wasn't correctWe have no information or any service history to support his claimWe strive to give all our customers great service and honest workWe feel Mr [redacted] is blaming us for a tired engine that's been neglectedPlease feel free to contact me directly at 602-319-if you have any further questionThank you for your time,

The business was the only one that replaced my oil filter,so if anything happened they should be responsible.They told me they have got that kind of problem before.I knew they have done the same kind of bad job again.After every 3,miles before the next oil change,I have not even used miles yet before the incident took place.which they check the odometer and said that's true,because I use the vehicle once in a while.I still have the sticker on my car.They brought a defense after they check the odometer that the vehicle has not been used throughout,and said it might be my neighbor who are messing with my car
