I am rejecting this response because: The delivery time has nothing to do with my claimProviding information and promises has been the problemI was advised by your customer services that both items, wig and boots (original purchase) were going to be available on Novand therefore shipped as only the wig was available at that time, but I was never informed otherwiseI've gotten this far because of your lack of follow up with me as a customer and lack or responsibility to ensure my items were shipped when available or at least send the one you had available when it was availableYour website still shows the boots that I originally wanted as if they are available, but you denied that and I'm receiving the ones I chose in their place which are not at all what I really wanted, but I chose those just because I want to get over this situation.Francis Betancourth
