Employee overcharged credit card and double charged items.The bartender over tipped himself. When I checked my bank statement he gave himself an extra 5 dollar tip. I kept my receipt and sent it to the owner. The owner said she would reimburse me but never did. The bartender also charged my girlfriend who had a tab opened for drinks that I was paying for on my credit card (he double charged us) and refused to take the drinks off her bill.Desired SettlementI wold like the full amount paid to be reimbursed 93.47. Their copies of all my transactions from that night.Business Response We received a complaint from the customer regarding his bill & a possible double charge. When I looked into the account & credit card, there were two signed credit cards for amount that he was charged on his account. There was no extra tip added - only the amount that was signed for on the credit card slip. The only tip added was the one that was written on the credit card slip & signed for. I sent him a copy of the credit card slip. He also said he was charged twice for the same items, but when I pulled up a copy of his two checks, they were for different items. I sent [redacted] an email showing him the credit card slips that were signed with the correct tip & the copy of the items ordered on each credit card. After I emailed him this information, I did not hear back from him.Consumer Response I would like this case closed as untesolved. The owner is lying in almost all parts of their response. I was never reimbursed, the receipts that were sent to me were not legable, I did respond never heard anything back. This company is committing fraud.
