Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]
My sincerest apologies for the tardiness of my replyI was seeking
additional information before proceeding
As to MrSampson's response to my complaint, I will accept the offer to end
this claim by not having to pay the second bill, but for MrSampson to make up
wild stories about me being too poor to pay him just to try and discredit my
claims somehow is outrageousIt's interesting that someone I have met a grand
total of three times claims to have intimate knowledge off my financial
portfolioIt is shameful that someone can be so personally insulting just
because of a business dispute
As to his confusion over how we arrived here, allow me to answer MrSampson's
questions on how someone can file a dispute with the Revdex.com when
the work done is of good qualityTo be clear, we are not here because of the quality
of the work doneWe are here because a misunderstanding on his part caused extra
cost for me and he refused to talk it overI had specifically asked that he
call me once he had EXAMINED the water heater, not that he replace the parts
immediatelyI told him that I thought the thermostats needed replaced, but I
wanted him to look it over and CALL ME, not replace the partsHe apparently misunderstood and this caused me to have him revisit the problem at MY extra expenseI tried to calmly talk it over with him more than once, and he
said our dealings were at an end and hung up on meThat is how we ended up
hereI felt it was the only way to get him to talk it over
If he had just apologized for the misunderstanding and the mess and worked with
me to find a fair solution instead of becoming immediately defensive and
shutting down other avenues of communication, we would not be here having the
matter resolved by the Revdex.comI am sorry, but I didn't think I
had a choice at that point
I was going to pay for the parts from the second bill even if he dropped the
other fees because at first I felt that was fair, but considering the libelous
and insulting nature of his response and the hassle this has put me through, I
feel I have paid for it and then some on a personal levelI will remit payment
for the first bill and throw out the second bill as agreed
Thank you
