Sam is the absolute best. He is honest, very reasonable, and does exceptional work in a timely manner. I've never had to return my car for the same problem or one that resulted while it was in the shop. I've rarely had to leave my car overnight. He will tell you if you don't need something done and will work with you. Sam and his mechanics are nice men. As a woman, I trust them completely and am very grateful to have such a wonderful mechanic to depend on.
My daughter has been taking her vehicles to Sam since he was located off of 13th & Peoria. Sam, the owner of Sam's Alignment and Brakes, has repaired her vehicles on numerous occasions, often allowing her to make payments when she didn't have the funds to pay for the repair. He has also repaired my mom's and sister's vehicles for very feasible prices and has made several referrals to me regarding repairs that I needed that he did not preform. Now that my daughter is married to a successful engineer, she continues to take her vehicle to Sam for routine maintenance and even to explain some of the recent recalls on it. She trust him, he's trustworthy. Sam, should be known as SUPER Sam for looking after young people and the elderly and not taking advantage of them because of their youth or age. I am taking my truck for him to repair on Wednesday this week. He is usually the first person I contact regarding auto issue. Thanks Sam for being SUPER YOU!!!
My son took his mustang to be aligned, owner wouldnt take his money to align it.
Instead he was honest and told the kid it needed some repairs and alignment wouldnt last.
He took the time to show the kid what it needed and in the end aligned temporarily (free)until he could come back in a few days after the repairs were made and get it aligned again.
Its not very often in todays world you encounter honesty and kindess!!
