I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11192955, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.  What you are saying is completely inaccurate.  Not only does it say charge-off, but it still shows a $200 balance....

 Also you were notified prior to May 2013 of my intent to discharge; so you could dispute in court or accept the discharge.  As a debtor, you must be warned before the official filing  You did not take the appropriate steps and candidly charged off the debt.  My Experian CBR should be reflecting a BK7 as my other charged off debts do.  Bankruptcies don't go retroactive?  What do you think bankruptcies do?  I will be taking your response and forwarding it to my attorney that filed my bankruptcy, and we he will take whatever next steps necessary.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11192955, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.  You never asked for that information.  You gave me a totally different answer previously.  You were provided that info because the other bureaus are appropriately updated, but here is a copy for your records to validate.  See page 21 of the petition and the discharge order.

We greatly appreciate Mr[redacted]'s business and he is
correct – the information we gave him was wrong I believe someone from the Sam's staff has
reached out to Mr[redacted] to resolve the frustration. If this is still unresolved, please contact
our store one more time.
While not an excuse, Sam's has recently upgraded our
software systems. A side affect of this
result is that the balances we show were not reflecting prepaid deposits. We are working tirelesly to resolve these
frustrations – and it is certainly frustrating

I want to thank you for assisting me in getting this resolved.  It is a shame that the management of SAMs lack professionalism and ethics to resolve the issue without having to go through the  Revdex.com. SAMs lost a customer and we just recently purchased a new couch and recliner.  If they would have been ethical I would have spent my dollars there.  
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11113504, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
