Sam's Auto Glass

Auto Glass Center of Ohio also known as Auto Glass Center of Toledo (per receipt) or better known as Sam's Auto Glass (per returned check) is bad business!
I went to Auto Glass Center of Toledo at [redacted] to replace my window where I payed $175.00 cash, no deposit and received a receipt. While there the representative [redacted] told me my window regulator was damaged due to the glass being broken and cutting the wire and that it would be an additional $145.

Afterwards I went to Car Stero One who originally tinted my windows, to have the replaced window tinted. Car Stero One informed me something was wrong with the window Auto Glass Center of Toledo installed. It was the wrong glass, it was improperly installed, screws where missing, screws where in the wrong place and the window regulator worked fine.

Check bounced from business and was given the run around!

Review: I paid a guy at Sam's Auto Glass to fix my window on my car. Right after I paid him he said he was on the way to my house to fix the car, he later called and said he had to go get the window and would have it fixed the next morning. The next morning came and he did not show, I called around 12 and asked him is whereabouts, he told me he was broke down on the highway and would be to me at 3:00pm that day. I gave him until 5, then I called him back he was apparently still stuck on the highway. I told him I was going out of town the next day so I really needed my window fixed. I cannot have that much air on my three month old baby. He insisted the window would be fixed by the time we went out of tow. Once again he did not show and we couldn't leave. Today is the fourth day now, I have been calling and now he will not respond, no one will answer the business phone and I have been calling and texting his cell number no response. I have left voice mails asking for my money back and telling him I no longer want his service. I have a three month old and if she gets sick or anything I have no transportation to get here anywhere..please help me !Desired Settlement: I would like my window to be fixed at a discounted price being that I did pay for it almost a week ago, and due to their terrible business I have to put my life on hold. If they are not willing to do so I would like my money back.
