In response to Ms. [redacted], I would like to clarify some of the concerns mentioned in her complaint. First, she is welcome to come to the dealership so we can address any issues with respect to the airbag, speakers and car battery. If those issues were not addressed, I would be more than happy to...

make those items whole. Please note that when the car was inspected, during the inspection, there was no airbag light on and the car battery was working properly to pass Rhode Island inspection standards. Once the car is sold and driven off the car lot, items could not work properly. Nevertheless, she is welcome to come to the dealership so we can address those items. Our hours of operation are 9:00am to 5:00pm  Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays. Also, we did provide Ms. [redacted] a rental vehicle, at no charge, while items were being addressed on her recently purchased automobile and during the time we were dealing with the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles. With respect to the registration of the automobile, Ms. [redacted] forgot to mention that she wanted the car registered in Arizona. We explained to Ms. [redacted] that we will assist her registering the car in Arizona but we cannot guarantee the service as we only register automobiles in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. I explained to Ms. [redacted] that she would be better off registering the car in AZ herself since she indicated she was moving there. If she wishes to have the car in Rhode Island, we will provide that service for her at no charge. The title was held up at the Department of Motor Vehicles in the state of AZ. I explained to Ms. [redacted] that since she was moving there she should stop at the DMV and complete the registration. I also provided Ms. [redacted] with the name and number of the contact person at the AZ DMV that would assist her. However, Ms. [redacted] never contacted them. Ms. [redacted] ids welcome to stop at the dealership to address any issue [redacted] is welcome to stop at the dealership to address any issues she may have regarding the airbag light, battery and speakers. We will not able to assist her with the registering of the automobile in Arizona.
