[redacted] dba SAM'S AUTO REPAIR 522 N WW WHITE ROAD SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS 78219 Revdex.com Corporate Office 1005 La Posada Drive Austin, TX 78752 Ref: Complaint Dated 5 13, 2016 In response to the above referenced complaint we respond as follows. When Ms [redacted] came in to have her car...

repaired she brought her own parts but they were the wrong brake parts for her car so we obtained the correct parts from a parts house and installed them. We found, at that time, the left lower control arm was badly worn, so after obtaining permission from Ms [redacted] we replaced it and had the front-end aligned. At the time alignment was performed the person doing the alignment stated the car had been in an accident and had sustained damage. When Ms [redacted] returned with the car we replaced the right lower control arm with parts she furnished. We again had the front-end aligned. C. t • c k              01t When Ms [redacted] came back in with her complaints we told her the car was old (2002 Hyundai , with 240,040 miles) and we had done all we could to alleviate the problem. Ms [redacted] continued to call to the point of harrassment so we stopped taking her calls. We are very sorry she is not satisfied with our attempt to repair her car to her satisfaction we tried our best. This is the first and only complaint we have received in our approximately 23 years of doing business in San Antonio. Please accept our apologies for this porbiem, but we dont know what to do to satisfy Ms [redacted]. Thank you for your concern and interest. If we can help you any further in trying to satisfy this complaint please let us know.

This complained has already been answered. Its a duplicate. Actually a triplicate  Our original response indicated that Excel Pool Service is a separate company  Excel Pool Service then received a duplicate complaint.it is my understanding that Excel responded to that complaint And now that exact duplicate is filed again.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] did not re align the vehicle at the time he installed the right lower control arm. If both lower control arms were badly worn, why he would just replace one and allow me to drive and wear & tear my new suspension parts? ALSO because [redacted] said that the reason it vibrates is because the frame is bend.  In 2004 I ran over a railroad stud which bended a screw that holds the frame together, as you will see in the Brake Check recommendations of 6.7.16.Since he refused to re-aligned my car I took it to brake check, where they aligned it and the vibration stopped. they recommend I replace camber kit to make the tire stop leaning to the right. I followed their recommendation and the car runs straight as a pin.  Brake check has advised me to replace the rear sway bar links for a smoother ride, which I will soon to save my suspension system & tires.  [redacted] did not follow my request to replace the front brakes, I wanted to replace with same brand as struts but he made the decision that the front brakes were in good condition and requested to replace the back which I ok'd but I believe the parts came from a parts vehicle on their lot. He further did not replace the hub assembly as requested instead took it to a local machine shop and had refurbished. My car is aged but maintained to the best of my ability. I used Castro full synthic oil every 3000 miles, rotate the tires & change the air filter. My vehicle has never been involved in a major accident and I have been the only driver since I got it at World Car Hyundai at 28000 miles still under factory warranty. At 58000 miles the engine harness burnt and the whole engine was replaced. I found Seng's eye glasses in my car, I tried to call them to tell him but they would not answer my calls.  I felt awkward that my three calls had gone unreturned so I drove by one night and hung them on the fence at eye level by the front door.  Then when I returned from Houston, I called as I exit IH10 @ WW White that I was on my way. Since I can barely understand him on the cellular I prefer to talk face to face, even to set appointments. That morning a female voice said he was in Austin. When I drove up [redacted] was under a hood. When I told him what happened on the telephone he got very quite then said he was sick and went to doctor. By this time I was frustrated, $2600 (parts & labor) later my car still vibrating I never harassed anyone and regret trying to force [redacted] to re-align my car. At this time I just want to have my money back $807.50 so I can have my front brakes, left hub assembly replaced as requested and put this nightmare behind.

Sent: Friday, November 11, 2016 12:21 PM Subject: Complaint [redacted]   Good Afternoon,   On February 23, 2016 Customer [redacted] Purchased a vehicle at Bert Ogden Toyota. The vehicle he purchased was a trade from a previous customer. On March 7, a payoff was...

sent to [redacted] in order to obtain the title of the vehicle that Mr. [redacted] had purchased. Since title hadn’t been sent, Sandra our title clerk called [redacted] on April 21st and spoke to [redacted] the bank teller who made aware that a check that the previous owner of Mr. [redacted] vehicle had created a stop payment to their last payment after they traded in their vehicle. The difference in the payoff was made after we found out what had happen.   Mr. [redacted] came in a few days later and was made aware by Laura, one of the title clerks the reason for the title being delayed which was also delaying his registration. He was also told that as soon as the title was received and signed by Mr. [redacted] we would start the process of his registration.   On the 29th of April the account was closed and tile was being released within 7 to 10 business days. On May 26th title was received and signed by Mr. [redacted] and paperwork was sent to the DMW to get registered. His Vehicle was transferred that same day and as soon as we received his plates he was made aware that they were at our dealership ready for pickup.    Thank You!     Xenia M[redacted] Executive Assistant to CAO, Natasha [redacted] Bert Ogden Auto Group O: 956-686-6666   EXT: [redacted]
