On September 9. 2016 a customer purchased 2008 Mini Cooper through our Buy Here Pay Here Program. He put $2000 down and agreed to pay a pick up note of $735 then $350 a month beginning on October 9, 2016. He did not pay the vehicle in full as he claims. When he paid the pickup note on 9-23-16. Auto Sales gave him title with his name and Sam's Auto Sales as the lienholder. We did this so he could register the vehicle in Florida because this is the state he resides in. He took the title to the Florida BMV as instructed, and then Florida issued a title to him with no lienholder by mistake. After he received the title with no lienholder lie stopped making his required payments. We made several attempts collect from him by calls and left several messages. When hc did not make his payments we hired a repossession company to retrieve our vehicle. We arc the lienholders till this vehicle is paid in full which this vehicle was not, per payment history enclosed. This customer is committing fraud. He signed the buy here pay here contract and agreed to make monthly payments of $350.00 . We are in our legal bounds to take possession of this car,I have enclosed the title showing that we are the lienholder and we did not receive full payment so we did not release the lien. We need full recourse against this customer for committing fraud and fraudulence complaints. Florida seen there is a mistake in their behalf.
