It's very possible that it wasn't there, so I took his word and I asked him go to the dealer, get the part number, and call me and let me know what it's going to...

I asked for him to do this because I didn’t want to get ripped off by the dealer for hundreds of dollars, Well the customer just bought the part, called me, and emailed me a week later with the bill that was $160.00! Obviously, I didn't want to pay that because the part is only $38,I told him I will split the bill with him but he insisted on getting paid the full amount which I told him no.
