Sam's Bayside Cleaners

Review: I dropped off a $900 black Italian suit in order for a few buttons to be re-sewn on the jacket and for the suit to be cleaned. When picking the suit up, I was given a black suit. I took the suit home and placed it in my closet. When I went to use the suit again a couple of months later, I noticed that the suit was not mine but one that was made in Mexico (about a $200 suit). I immediately took the suit back to the cleaners and informed them that they had switched my suit with someone elses. I gave back the suit that was not mine and was insured that the issue would be looked in to. After many trips back to the cleaners for an update, I was told that it would be impossible for them to find my suit and nobody had brought my suit back explaining that the one that they were given (mine) was not theirs.Desired Settlement: Since the suit was fairly new, I would like to be given a settlement of $600 to put towards another suit. I like the cleaners and would continue to use them if they correct this issue. By losing me as a customer, they will lose over $600 in services from me alone. Not to mention word of mouth when I inform others if they fail to correct this problem.
