There is not much to respond aboutCustomer only complained about shirt with light starch stainsShirt was re washed and repressed more than one time....Customer was not satisfied with this process on this shirtA full refund was offered and was refusedWe cannot pay for a new shirt because there wasn't any damage caused by our services to the shirtIf there is color loss to the garment then that is an issue that needs to be brought to either where the garment was purchased or to its manufacturerThe shirt was processed in a cold water wash with environmentally friendly detergent and natural starch blend with no bleaching agents and processed like the other shirts that the customer had done with us and they have none of these so called white spots.....I'm sorry there is nothing we can to for customer at this time...She has refused a refund

I am rejecting this response because: there are evident white spots that are ina blue shirt which is a color issueI refused a refund because that does not solve the issue of damaged propertyI understand mistakes happen, however I do no appreciate being told "I'm too picky." I paid for a service that caused damage to a shirt and after attempts for them to fix it they still couldn'tAn employee stated, I wasn't the first to complain about thisSo this is clearly happening to others as well and they need to be held responsible for mistakes and damages on others personal property.

There is not much to respond about... Customer only complained about 1 shirt with light starch stains. Shirt was re washed and repressed more than one time....Customer was not satisfied with this process on this shirt... A full refund was offered and was refused... We cannot pay for a new shirt...

If there is color loss to the garment then that is an issue that needs to be brought to either where the garment was purchased or to its manufacturer...
