I am rejecting this response because: My payment was not 50 days past due and I will send the receipts.  I told [redacted] about the problems with the car before any payment was past due.  He picked up the car when pay was 21 days past due.  I called him several time before and after he picked up the car for repairs, and he refuse to take my call.  I was approved to drive with Uber and Lyft and could drive because the vehicle was unsafe.  He sold me a vehicle without an inspection which is illegal and then got someone to say it passed inspection after I had the vehicle several weeks and there was a light on the dashboard signaling a problem.  Can we something is fishy? I am going to file with the attorney generals with documentation of payments made and show the fact that I could not work due to car repairs.  I have receipts of when I purchased tires and it was before any payments were due. Also I want to make sure that this car is not sold to another victim without disclosure of the suspension system being bent in multiply places.  This vehicle is unsafe to drive and no one needs to end up in an accident because of it.

I am rejecting this response because: I find it offensive that Sam's Discount Auto would deny knowing me. I have a recording of the owner speaking with me. He told us that [redacted] is not an employee of his but that he will fire him. How can one fire someone if one is not an employee. In the recording he says that [redacted] fixes the cars. Also the day that I confronted [redacted] about my car he brought out a car FROM THE LOT that I could use which I rejected because I did not want another car but my own. How can a non-employee do that? Also, as stated before, my brother worked alongside [redacted] and agrees that [redacted] is the mechanic of Sam's Discount Autos. They have lost my keys and they still refuse to pay for the replacement of them. Not only that but [redacted] (their mechanic) cut a hose in my car which you can hear my brother explain in the video. I want the refund, my keys and an apology.
