Sam's Excavating holds our customers satisfaction at the top of our listSince receiving this complaint we reached out to the homeowner and resolved the problemIt turned out to be a miscommunication between all parties involved and our company was not responsible for damaging any drain tiles
during the construction process? If Sam's Excavating would be at fault for any damages on one of our job sites, it would be our first priority to fix it at no cost to the homeowner.?
