Company responded via phone: The company stated the consumer called on the day of delivery to speak with the company.  The company believed the conversation went well. It is the normal practice of the company to set up the deliveries free of charge. One of the things that was not done by...

the company's delivery crew was putting the knobs on the dresser.  The company stated they are willing to come put the knobs on if the consumer would like.Another concern the the customer had was the underbed storage not being on both sides of the bed.  The bed is sold with only one side of underside storage and that is all that was purchased by the consumer. The consumer did discuss this issue with the company on the day of delivery and he was told only one unit was purchased and he could purchase additional units for the other side.In regards to the mattress being in plastic, the company stated it is their policy to leave the plastic on the mattresses.  This is done for protection of the white mattress in order to keep them clean.  It is also done because the company has had deliveries, where it is requested the plastic be left on the mattress by the consumer.If the consumer is interested in purchasing the additional underbed storage, the company will offer this at a discounted price.
