We constructed the island via the plubrint you provided. As you are aware in order to reconstruct a brand new Island because you did not like placement of the trash compactor is feasible for an extra fee, we can not do it for free. The painting of island came out fabulous as well as kitchen cabinets. We moved forward with trimming the beam as you gave us the green light to do so. It would a fraction of the work to re sheetrock it. You asked for an Itemized estimate and that is what you got, if something is not in the estimate then we can choose to do it or choose not to do it. If we do choose to do so as we did their would be an extra charge as you where well aware of. As for the appliances we can not just hang out with a 4 hour window of when they would be delivered. Thus far you owe Sam's Handyman Service Plus $1300. I have took into consideration what was not done and subtracted it off the amount due. I agree their should be some type of settlement.
