This company did an excellent job putting new siding on our home. Very professional hardworking people. Highly recommend them!
Flat roof put on my porch improperly. Owner staed the job was done wrong. Stated he would fix it and has never returned.
The Company put a roof on my home in 2006, including a flat roof on my porch. The porch roof started to leak. I called ***, he came over and looked at the roof. He said the problem is that the roof was put on over shingles, that should of never been done. He said the shingles should have been stripped and the flat roofing material applied over the plywood. I reminded him that he had done the job. He replied the the existing roofing material looked like new. I replied the he had just said the shingles should have been stripped. I said the roof had to be done properly.
Strip the roof and do the job properly. We discussed me paying part of the charges, but at this time I do not think I should pay any. Sam said when things got slower that he would take care of the job. that was in the summer. I never heard from him. I tried calling him and left messages, he did not return my calls. 11/28/17
Please be advised that the customer at the time in (2006)was tight on funds, he had his house roof replaced with new but did not want to spend extra to repair his porch; however there were two (2) skylights on the porch that were leaking, again he did not want to spend the money to replace and asked me to repair. I removed both skylights, replaced with lumber, sealed with flat roofing material on this area. The porch was a flat roof which should not have had shingles but he did not want to spend extra funds to remove and put appropriate style roofing material on entire flat porch, but was satisfied with REPAIR at the time in 2006. It has been 11 years with this repair, if the customer would have wanted to spend the extra funds to fix the entire porch roof I would have. I take pride in my workmanship and have always been there for my clients but it is a business and they have to pay if they want work done. Respectfully

The above statement is false. I was not short on funds and I did want to have my porch roof repaired. There were two skylights in the roof. I told *** that I wanted the skylights removed, because the roof was leaking around the windows at that time.he time. He said with the new roof they would not leak and if they did he would come and remove them and repair the roof. The roof leaked around the windows and I called him back. he removed the windows and patched the roof, like I wanted to begin with. I also had to call him back because the flashing that was put up around the roof was letting water in. Again he came back and repaired that. I was not advised that to put flat roofing over shingles was never to be done or I would not have had it done.Only when *** came back the last time did he say the reason the roof was leaking was because flat roofing was put over shingles. Why would I agree to that procedure if I was advised that it should not be done. I would have put the extra money into the roof if I was advised that the roof would leak the way they did it. Who would agree to that. I put my faith in *** .He should have told me the procedure was wrong before doing it, not after the roof was on and leaking. I am not asking for anything but for the job to be done as ***, himself, told the job should have been done. As in the other mistakes he made on the roof, I just want home to come back and do the the way *** said it should have been done.
