I am rejecting this response because:Because I Have brought the ring in to be fixed more than 3 times since I bought it, so I don't feel it was "damaged" but rather the quality of the ring was not what I paid for- $2,200, plus the charges to replace the diamonds I have paid. If you are not able to givee my money back I am willing to exchange it for the same ring, but I will need to file a complaint with.rhe Revdex.com if I am not happy at anytime with the merchandise from your store because again I had my diamond ring from I purchased from another store prior to before I had this ring for 14 years and have never had to get any repairs for it due to diamonds falling out or it cracking. If I have to go through what I am going through with the new ring that you give me to replace the other, I would just like my money back at that point because it would be a waste of my time.
