I am rejecting this response because: The statement of Mr [redacted] is not correctI made several attempts to resolve the issue as I was in need of a dining set Either my Parents, siblings, and my aunt accompanied me on the several trips I made to the storeThey are all witnesses to the rude behavior and defective products this vendor was sellingThe vendor showed us something different in the store and delivered something elseI went to the store several times and the sales person was always rude and said to me do what you want to doAs is evident from the pictures the table was damaged and the distance in the table leaf was too much(Please see pictures I sent)According to Federal law the deposit should be returned if furniture is damagedThe sales person was not willing to resolve and wanted us to pick the table from the store, he charged delivery fee but said because we refused delivery of the damaged table he will not deliver anymoreWhat kind of ethics is thatI even told him that the table displayed in the store does not have a gap and if he delivered something like this that he has in store, I would accept itHe said every table is made different and refused to provide the tableI am surprised that he now wants me to come in the store now and see a tableHe is a liar that he says he told me a table is thereEvery time I was told I went there but he showed me defective or different productsI already made several trips in an effort to resolve this issue and to no availThe Snap Finance company ( [redacted] ) even intervened and tried to resolve the issueThey talked with the vendor several timesThey told me I have every right to inspect the table and accept it if everything is as I orderedEven they failed to get this resolved and after talking to the owner they cancelled the contractThe owner told them that I should go to the store to get my deposit backOnce again when I went the salesperson was very rude and refused to give my money backAt this point I do not trust this vendor or the product he sellsThey are very unprofessional and unethical I have read similar complaints on your website for this vendor Obviously I have tried to work this out for more than months and am still without a dining table, I now want my deposit to be refunded.Please help me to get my money back as I have evidence in pictures showing that the product was defectiveWhy should I pay $2,plus to buy a defective productPlease help as I need money to buy a new tableThe vendor has no right to keep my money The contract I signed has been cancelled by the finance companyThanks.Sincerely, [redacted]

As our contract stated, customer are responsible to measure doorway to make sure the items customer purchased can fit through doorway ( please see contract for details )Also contract stated ALL SALES FINAL there is no cancellation or refund
We are more then happy to offer store credit to customer to re select different item as we were told customer when they came to store for refund
Regarding on customer door frame damaged, base on our driver and photos stated there were some old mark of damaged frame, only small new dented marked were notice on the photos, but we will take care of that after new sofa set delivery to customerPlease understand we do our best to resolve the case with customer if they willing to work with us

I need him to refund my money because the item I choose couldn't fit inside my door, he is unskilled about furniture delivery, I think when things like this doesn't work out he needs to refund my money , instead of forcing me to use the money to buy something elseHow I'm sure he will be able to deliver another item that I will chooseI don't trust him in my house he already damaged my door

I'm disagreed with statement customer disputed in this caseThe first table was delivered 6/14/customer refused to accept due to small gap in the center of the leaveThe second table was scheduled to redeliver on 6/22/and carefully inspected at warehouse before deliver to customer
Customer refused the second table again just because the center leaves still a tiny gap when customer slide a piece of paper through itWe were told customer it was the way table make by manufacture due to carving molding on the side, even the display table also had the same issueWe asked the customer to come and look at the display table again to see if there is any differentCustomer came and inspected the display tableAfter inspection of display table, she said will contact us next day to let us knowWe had not heard any thing from customer until Snap Finance Co call us and said she want to cancelled the contract, we were told Snap Finance there are no cancellation on this transactionWe were told Snap Finance it up to them to cancel the finance contract but not the sales and deposit is non refundable. Please understand we do our best to resolve this issue with customer, we have new table available now to redelivery if customer still interested inAnd we need customer to come and inspected new table before redeliver. First of all, our record does not shown any contacted from customer regarding this matter since the Bunk bed been delivered by Nov XX XXXX.
Usually our products come with 30 days part replacement if there is any defective or damage during the...

30 days warranty.
I don't think we be able to offer a full refund to customer due to the bed been delivered 10 months from now. But we more then happy to contact manufacturer to exchange the broken part for customer only if manufacture defective determine by manufacturer (due to misuse or incorrect assembly)
