January 26, 2017.Sam’s Pizza and Subs has always strived to provide...

highest level of customer service with top quality food, prepared fresh daily,
at unbeatable prices. We have been a small family owned and operated business
brand in the Stafford area since 1986. Unfortunately, just like in any
business, there are times when we have to raise our prices in accordance to
current market values and inflation so that we may continue to provide high
quality foods and services. Effective January 1, 2017 at our location, there
was one such price increase across our entire menu. Sam’s Pizza and Subs is a
family owned and operated brand however, each location is independently owned
and operated. Due to the store’s independence of each other, to a degree, not
all locations increased their prices at the same time that we did.At our location, we have been very vigilant to provide our
new menu with the new prices to each and every customer that has ordered over
the past month, as well as provide detailed receipts for all others. The website’s
prices do indeed vary from out location’s current prices due in part to the
independent ownership mentioned above. The website is a joint one, which
encompasses all of the locations. There is a disclaimer on each page of the website
that states “each location is independently owned and operated…prices and items
many vary”We recognize this misunderstanding with the difference in
price on the website as compared to our current menu prices. Each menu may vary
slightly per store, attached you will find a copy of our current menu as well
as the main page of the website. We also apologize for any inconvenience this
may have caused and we are more than willing to refund the difference to [redacted]
[redacted] as she has requested in the desired settlement. Again, we strive to
provide excellent customer service and our number one goal is to keep our
