Sams A+ Roofing llc received a phone call from *** *** on 10/20/due to an emergency from a leak on her roofSams A+ Roofing llc was out at *** home later that day*** had showed me where the leak had been coming from in
the hallwayWhile showing me the hallway she proceeded to show me multiple other leaks through out the home that had been fixed in the pastNumerous stains from water damage are spread on the ceilings in multiple rooms from previous leaks that were repaired multiple timesI then inspected rooftop and had found multiple cracks and chunks of roofing broke off of sections and previous patches on the roofI wrote up two estimates, the 1st estimate was for a new roof and gave her the amount that it would beMs*** new of the condition of her roof and insisted that I attempt to patch the area where the leak could possibly be coming fromI encouraged her she needed a new roof ASAP due to missing composition and cracking in which she stated 'I'm 90yrs old, I don't want to spend money on a new roof, I will let the kids worry about that after I'm gone'! I then showed her the paper work for the 2nd estimate which was for a patch, she saw the price and immediately said let's do that! In the attempt to place a patch in the valley where there we're multiple cracks I also placed sealant in areas not pertaining to the hallway just for added protection for *** on other areas of homeBefore and after the work was done, I informed *** that this patch is not warranted due to the condition of the roof and with how many repairs, cracking and missing composition up there*** never attempted to call Sam's A+ Roofing llc to go back out and attempt to to inspect where else the water could possibly be coming fromIf I was called, I would have been out there that day! just like the first timeI take pride in taking care of my customersFor *** to imply that I took advantage of her due to her age is absolutely false, she was given estimates and was was fully informed of her condition of the roofFor being as she told me at her home, not as mentioned previously, she absolutely was alert and knowledgeable of the contractFor her to state I took advantage of her is 100% false. In order to help resolve this matter I would have no hesitation to go back out to help *** in one more attempt to help her find the leak at no chargeIf the leak is not found due to aging, cracked up missing composing I would once again advise *** to replace the entire roofYou can reach me at
