Review: My car broke down on june [redacted] 4 hours from home. I had Sams tow me 2 tenths of a mile and was charged $125. The man loading my car did not even take it out of park and drug my car onto the flat bed. I had rented a car from them to get home. The car had Florida dealer plated and was filthy. Is it legal to rent a car with a dealer plate? I then wanted to know the next day if it was repairable. They said they did not look at it. I then called Monday and they still hadn't looked at it. Finally Tuesday after 3 phone calls they said my gas tank ruptured and did not want to fix it. I was charged another $85 plus tax to tell me what they already knew. I wanted to get my car, fixed or not, the next day but was given the run around. When I got in my car, my rear view mirror was broken as well. The repair man said I would be able to put some gas in and drive the car home. When I arrived there, 4 hours later, he said it is not drivable. I would have made plans to tow the car back that day if that were the case when I spoke to him earlier. I then had to go back the next day with a truck and tow dolly to get my car home.This business is shady at best and is very unethical. I even got into a bit of a shouting match with him because he lied and it cost me another $100 to go back again to tow my own car back home. They estimated $1200 dollars to fix but did not want to do the job and I had the tank replaced and my exhaust system replaced for $650 back home. I think $125 for a tow of 2 tenths of a mile and $85 to tell me I have a hole in my tank is crazy. These people are lying [redacted] from the charges to the rental. I have seen other issues on forums with this company. Help please....Desired Settlement: Refund my $85 plus tax and a reasonable charge for a 2 tenths of a mile tow.

I thought it was 2 different places I was filing. 1 is for the towing and 1 is for the rental car. I believe it to be 2 different companies? If it is the same company then I guess it is one complaint. 1 for the rental and 1 for the repair and tow.
