Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:We did not extensivelying drive the car as we were told to go around the block due to no tags and the inspection sticker issueThe day I picked up the car, the rely was missing, after inspection, and the code came on for that issue as wellShortly before 6pm that same day, the car was taken back to the dealership but Sam was not thereWe were told to call him the next day around 10:We didHe refused to take our call from my numberI did text him about the issueI responded to him that I couldn't afford to put more money into the car at this timeWe both did say we were willing to work on the issueWe then took the car to a shop in which we were told a transmission flush would not fix the issue as the transmission is bad. Additionally, we have yet to receive the title to the car to attempt to sell it.There is an issue as the Osensor is bad and would not have passed inspection without the car being tampered with.We believe that the car has been tampered with between the time we test drove it and actual deliveryAlso, only one document was actually signed by the ownerThe additional documents were signed by myself, who is not the owner.

We did not extensivelying drive the car as we were told to go around the block due to no tags and the inspection sticker issue. The day I picked up the car, the rely was missing, after inspection, and the code came on for that issue as well. Shortly before 6pm that same day, the car was taken back to the dealership but Sam was not there. We were told to call him the next day around 10:30. We did. He refused to take our call from my number. I did text him about the issue. I responded to him that I couldn't afford to put more money into the car at this time. We both did say we were willing to work on the issue. We then took the car to a shop in which we were told a transmission flush would not fix the issue as the transmission is bad.
Additionally, we have yet to receive the title to the car to attempt to sell it.There is an issue as the O2 sensor is bad and would not have passed inspection without the car being tampered with.
We believe that the car has been tampered with between the time we test drove it and actual delivery. Also, only one document was actually signed by the owner. The additional documents were signed by myself, who is not the owner.
