These people are crooks. They charged my credit card monthly for two years for a service that I declined after the initial month. I didn't realize they were charging my bank card $34.99 a month so I was going into the car wash 2-3 times a month to get my car wash, paying an additional 19.99 each time I went.

According to my bank, it was not an automated system, they would call in at different times of the month to make the monthly charge, and since they had all of the card information and my address the bank assumed it was an authorized transaction. It was not. Every attempt to remedy the situation directly with the business has been met with hostile resistance. I eventually had to cancel the card at the bank and get a new one.

I'm sure I'm not the only person that has fallen for this scam. These people should not be trusted with credit card information. In fact, they should be prosecuted. They are criminals.
