OCTOBER 06, 2015TO; WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;I DON’T KNOW WHY [redacted] MADE THESE COMMENTS, SHE DID COME TO OUR SHOP ON THAT DAY, ASKING US TO CHECK HER CAR FOR THE ENGINE LIGHT AND ALSO THE VEHICLE WAS JERKING.WE CHECKED IT AND CAME UP WITH THE CODE OF [redacted] AND [redacted] (SEE ENCLOSED)THE CODE WAS TELLING US TO REPLACE SENSORS, WHICH COST $600.00, SHE WAS NOTIFIED OF THE COST, SHE SAID GO AHEAD AND FIX IT, WE ALSO TOLD HER IT MIGHT FIX THE PROBLEM OR MIGHT NOTSHE UNDERSTOOD.SHE LEFT THE CAR AND TOOK OUR LOANER CAR WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS TO BE FIXEDBEFORE WE FIXED THE VEHICLE, WE DID MORE DIAGNOSTIC CHECK AND DECIDED NOT TO REPLACE THE SENSORS BECAUSE THE TRANSMISSION SEEMED ALREADY DAMAGEDWE DECIDED TO FLUSH THE FLUID BEFORE REPLACING ANYTHINGDIAGNOSTIC CHARGE ITSELF COST $WE DE) NOT CHARGE HER THE AMOUNT.SHE CAME BACK AFTER COUPLE OF HOUR LATER, WE TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED, THAT WE DECIDED NOT TO REPLACE THE PARTS BECAUSE HER TRANSMISSION WAS ALREADY IN BAD SHAPE AND JUST FLUSHED THE FLUID.OUR MECHANIC HAD TESTDROVE WITH HER AFTER THE FLUSHING, SHE SAID IT WAS THE SAME AS BEFORE, NOTHING CHANGE AND LEFT THE SHOP PAYING $ FOR THE FLUSH.I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WOULD WRITE THINGS LIKE THAT IN THE COMPLAINT WHEN SHE WAS ALREADY NOTIFIED OF THE CONDITION OF HER CARTHE CAR ITSELF ISN’T WORTH MUCH, MAYBE $MAXWE NEVER TOLD HER IT WOULD COST $ 14,TO FIX HER CARrr WOULD BE BETTER OFF BUYING ANOTHER CAR TO REPLACE THAT VEHICLE.I DON’T THINK I OWE HER ANYTHINGIF SHE THINKS WE OWE HER ANYTHING, SHE SHOULD COME AND SEE US, WE ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE, WE ARE HERE95% OF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE REGULAR BASE CUSTOMERS, WHO RELY AND DEPEND ON US.WE TRY OUR BEST TO KEEP OUR REPUTATION.IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME, YOU CAN REACH ME AT ###-###-####.SINCERELY,UN C

WE NEVER TOLD HER IT WOULD COST $ 14,000.00 TO FIX HER CAR. rr WOULD BE BETTER OFF BUYING ANOTHER CAR TO REPLACE THAT VEHICLE.I DON’T THINK I OWE HER ANYTHING.
