I have purchased a Samsung Note device which was recall back in October or NovemberThe device was a hazard and had issues with batteries combusting into flamesThis was all over the media and so forthSamsung is currently running a recall program which I opted intoThey would refund me the full retail price of the deviceThe phone was shipped and received on the DecemberI still haven't received a refund or compensation for the device that was received by SamsungI call Samsung customer service numberous times and I had no successThey promise to escalate the issue and have someone try to reach out to you within business hoursI never received a call as of yet or an email with confirmation from SamsungI'm not the only one having issues with Samsung's bad business practices
