We purchased a beautiful French door Samsung fridge that cost more than $3,in May In May the fridge started to make a buzzing noise, we called to have it repaired through Samsung's required procedures of waiting for their certified technician to find time to come out to fix the fridgeAfter the initial call, they took days to schedule at days out Then they delayed an extra day (total days), at that point, the buzzing sound had turned into a massive roaring noise whenever the fridge doors were closed and the inside temp was at degrees, spoiling all food inside I gave up, called my own repairman who was out within hoursHe mentioned that this is not uncommon with Samsung fridges and that it would likely happen againThen in August (months later) the same problem happenedI called Samsung, again, and requested serviceThis time it took a total of days to have someone out to repair the fridgeHe replaced both fans in the backI had to fight for the service to be covered and the parts, this was after many hours of negotiations with Samsung representatives Fast forward months, it's now November, the fridge is making the same exact noise, only this time there was not a gradual escalation of noise, it started very loudI sent in my request to Samsung, called them and was told I would have to wait days for a call back from the right department because my fridge is out of warranty My fridge is out of their year warranty guarantee, which is unacceptable that they only warrant a fridge for yearsbut this is not a warranty issueThis is a design flaw, they know this, there was a class action lawsuit specifically because the hose designed to take water out of the fridge is not large enough and that causes a backup which then causes the water to freeze all the way up the back of the fridge making it impossible for the fans to turn unobstructed I have requested a new fridge, was denied, and told to wait until they have someone available to call me This is negligence on their part, I have a family of to feed, I have followed all the protocol requested, I paid for a fridge, the class action lawsuit was back in 2010, they knew this problem existed and yet Samsung still sells their fridge with a design flaw at full price to unknowing customers I want my fridge replaced, there is obviously not a fix, or this problem would not have happened times

We have been loyal Samsung purchasers for many yearsThat is until we purchased our second Over the Range Samsung Microwave- the first unit lasted about years July, we purchased another Samsung Over the Range Microwave unit, without the information that Samsung had an issue with Over the Range Microwaves in recent past producing the Code "SE" on the display, which according to a repair company has to do with a defective control panel About October our Over the Range microwave unit self-stated the exhaust fan after a few seconds the display showed "SE", subsequently we learned of the control panel problem Contact with Samsung for warranty repair for this unit, which had be installed only months was declined We feel that Samsung is producing defective Over the Range Microwave unit and refuses to warrant their products We have chosen not to continue purchasing any Samsung product in the future

I bought a new Samsung washer and dryer in December The washer had to be replaced within days thru the store I purchased it fromIn June a part had to be replaced in the dryer In August the motor starting going bad, so the repair service ordered a new motor and weeks later returned with it and it was defective So weeks later it got fixed along with another part and new screws because they weren't any good either Contacted the office of the President and was told they would extend my warranty for days, however, when I contact Samsung they show no record of that I requested a year extension or refund, but they said no Have not heard from them since August after emailing and calling them, they will not respond Customer service is terrible, they give me a ticket number when I called and then I do not hear from them so I called back and the ticket was closed! Very incompetent

On November 9, 2015, we purchased an entire kitchen suite of Samsung appliances including a French door refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher and electric rangeAfter only a few months, the refrigerator's ice maker no longer worked and I had to contact Samsung for replacement of the entire ice maker unitFor the past months, my microwave oven is no longer functioning properly and I have contacted Samsung support numerous timesTheir service contractor, Lakes Electronics, sent repairmen out weeks ago but he was not sure what the problem was and left without doing anything
After weeks the microwave again stopped working completely, losing its total power and displayI again called Samsung who after days faxed the service order over to Lakes ElectronicsLakes called me and said the first opportunity a technician could service the microwave was in days from thenMind you, all this time, the microwave was not operationalI again called Samsung yesterday to tell them of my dilemma and while on with customer support, we ran the microwave to discuss in detail what it was doingNot only is it not running on full power and then loses total power and display, when I felt the right side of the microwave, I burned my finger pads, it was that hot
Customer support told me to unplug the microwave to avoid its catching fire or blowing up which we did! She also typed copious notes into their system for the technician and also told me a product specialist would call me back to lend assistanceI have never heard back from Samsung's product specialist and I am totally dismayed about my purchase of these new kitchen appliances, the refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and electric range
After less than months to have major breakdowns of these appliances tells there is no reliability of themWhile they are still under warranty, I am still not happy with these appliancesI requested a new microwave oven from Samsung yesterday and was told that the technician would have to deem this appliance unrepairable in order for a new microwave to be given to usThis is totally unacceptable that I have had this brand new appliance for months of use and it is a fire hazard and non-operational Calling your Customer Service number as well as your Executive Customer Relations has been fruitless and no resolution of this is in sight
I would not recommend Samsung appliances to anyone!

Will never buy a Samsung product again. Washing machine is part of the recall, been dealing with them for two and a half weeks trying to get it repaired. First tech they sent was only able to do the recall upgrade even though I told them it was already broken at the time I made that appointment. When I called again, they said they'd have someone here on Monday. Took Monday off work, when I called Monday for the time, they said they could have someone here Wednesday. Completely incompetent customer service. Currently have TVs, washer/dryer, and cell phones from Samsung, will never buy another product of theirs, ever.

I am 100% dissatisfied. Purchased a printer. Within 3 weeks would not copy. Per Samsung instructions, packaged it up and took it to a UPS location to send it back with a UPS label they sent to me via email. Waited 10 days and received the printer. I copied a paper and it worked. Next day I printed envelopes and some other documents and then went to copy a paper and it did not work. It did the same thing as before. When I called to let them know it was still not working I was told I had to send it back again. I found out the first time I sent it they could not find anything wrong and so had sent it back as is. So I sent it back again per their instructions. Waited 2 weeks and got it back. Tried it out that day and it worked. I was able to copy. Next morning I went to copy and it was doing the same thing as before. I called Samsung told them it was not working. They said they had replaced a board and did a software update. I told them this printer is a lemon and I wanted a replacement new printer or a refund. They said they would have an "executive" office person call me back in 3 - 5 days. At the end of the call they said I would get a refund. They never called, I waited 7 days. I called them back. I told them I wanted a refund. They said they would have an "executive" office person call me back in 2 days because they only will do service repair, no replacements or refunds. I called back because once again they did not call me, I waited 4 days. So this time they again gave me a label to send it back. I asked if they would reimburse me the cost of hiring someone to get it to UPS as I am handicapped and cannot do it myself. The first time a friend took it and the second time a friend took it. This time I will have to hire someone to take it to UPS. They told me no. I asked if they would have UPS come and pick it up. They said they cannot do that. I said, yes, I have had other companies send UPS for a pick up in order to show customer service when their product was not up to par on one experience and one product was the wrong product that I had not ordered. Both times UPS came to pick it up. I said it is not that it cannot be done; it is that their company would not do it. I asked if Samsung was going under and that is why they were not giving me a refund. He would not answer. I explained the history to the man and while I did so, he had put me on hold and let me say my words and after I was done, about 10 seconds later he came back on the phone. They are a worthless, disgusting company. The answering service people were located in the Philippines. They are not allowed to do anything that will really help the situation. They are only able to run off a written script of "I am so sorry for that". I will post further if they ever get my printer fixed. They had said that there is a 1 year warranty. I asked if it keeps being sent to them and sent back to me and still does not work for one year, then I am stuck with a printer that I was unable to use and I am out of luck. They would not answer. I asked if I could have a copy of all my recorded calls I have made to them and they said it was confidential. I suspect they will have the money paid for that worthless printer and I will end up buying a new one. Any suggestions for a better printer and experience by anyone? I am fed up with Samsung! How likely I am to recommend this business to a friend? 1 is not very likely, and I should say 0 as I would have to be paid a million dollars to recommend them and then after I recommended them I would say, hey not. Do not buy from Samsung.

After the initial call, they took 3 days to schedule at 5 days out. Then they delayed an extra day (9 total days), at that point, the buzzing sound had turned into a massive roaring noise whenever the fridge doors were closed and the inside temp was at 58 degrees, spoiling all food inside. I gave up, called my own repairman who was out within 12 hours. He mentioned that this is not uncommon with Samsung fridges and that it would likely happen again. Then in August (3 months later) the same problem happened. I called Samsung, again, and requested service. This time it took a total of 5 days to have someone out to repair the fridge. He replaced both fans in the back. I had to fight for the service to be covered and the parts, this was after many hours of negotiations with Samsung representatives. Just received the samsung s6 edge a couple of weeks ago, but it didnt last that much its really reallly fragile my phone fell on a soft surface and that was the end of it, the side of it completely cracked it was horrible the worst part is I actually tried to fix it and the screen it self cost would cost me the same if I bought it brand new.!!! It would be an excellent phone if it was built with a stronger screen!
