I purchased a cellphone on June 14,2016,in the store from the owner [redacted] when I purchased the cellphone the man make me believe that the cellphone was new he didn't tell me the cellphone was used when I get home and try to transfer my all number my [redacted] toll me that I need to get a sim card with on June 15,2016 I when to purchase in [redacted] when I was there the sales young man told me the cellphone was used and it was broken he open and show me so on June 16,2016 come back to the store explain to a lady that was at the store what happened and the on my recibe say 30 days exchange for damage well the lady call Mr [redacted] but he say no I be there in two hours I wait, and when I was waiting a black man who also works at the store starts to insult me saying you Mexican broke the phone he thinks I don't speak English, I responded I know what you are saying, any how the owner call and say he was no coming and the if I break the phone its nothing he will do for me and kit me out off the store and left me with no cellphone I don't want to do that's why I am making this complain hoping that I can get help. It's been only 2 days sense I buy the cellphone I can possibly no broken because I don't how to open the cellphone the salesman not want to anwser my phone call I live 1hr and 30 min from the store I call him send text but the man refused to anwser me.Product_Or_Service: Cellphone Desired SettlementAt this point I want my money back I paid $200.00 for a cellphone that is broken and loss time going to store the do not want to exchange the phone but may receipt said 30 days exchange.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] (Owner)Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXContact Email: [redacted]@gmail.comAs it was explained to me, and as I can see on the receipt,[redacted] sold a White Galaxy S4 to said customer. Yes, the phone was in used but in like new conditions. According to the information, the phone was sold on Tuesday June 14, 2016 and does have a 30 day warranty. According to the receipt,[redacted] provided an extended period of 30 days for any exchange on the item. However, the warranty does not include physical damage. As I personally saw the phone when brought to our main store location, I clearly saw a broken screen which is not covered under any warranty. I'm more then positive that as a consumer, if an item looks damaged(hence the broken screen) the customer would not have even attempted to buy the phone. Phones can only be exchanged if they are in the conditions in which they were purchased. Due to the damage done to the phone, not only was the screen broken, but the damage also broke the internal screen known as the LCD. If the customer would like to replace the screen, we can do so at a discounted price. Nonetheless, SAMTEK cannot refund $200.00 for a cell phone that was given to the customer in working conditions, and then brought back in non-working conditions. I apologize for any misunderstanding that went on before, during or after the transaction with any employee or[redacted]. Consumer Response Good afternoon Revdex.com it's clearly this person name [redacted] with I don't see his last name its a liar dishonest person, in not case the phone was broken from the screen the cellphone need to be open to put a some card in order to make the cellphone work this I found out when I call my cellphone company to connect the cellphone, I don't much about cellphone so I when to [redacted] to buy the sime card, I ask the man where do I put the sime card he told me open you cellphone it goes in the back, I didn't how open the cellphone but he instructed me when I open the cellphone little part fall off that is the part the its broken my friend was with me she can testify that happens, and also 2 sellers from [redacted] if [redacted] has his camera it's on tape too, my friend accompany me to the store to exchange the cellphone but they refused to due o give me any solution thats why I replied they lying on and on even to you Revdex.com saying it's the screen broken not screen is broken that's its not the case another question who really is the owner because they told me it was [redacted] I don't who this [redacted] is I never meet also I will used this letter in court if they are not give me may money back I this point I what my money back the end.
