I entered into a contract with this customer towards the end of the year (10/2016) when the weather becomes uncertain and the temperature has to be at least degrees to work. I also had a personal issue which I was very upfront about all of this and told her that this work would go into the
next year and I would contact her when the weather was warmer. I also left several ladders which were locked at her home to show that I was coming back. My ladders were stolen (locks cut-off). I left a message on 5/on her door and had stopped by as requested and she was not home. I kept my part of the contract but it was she who has broken the contract. I also found out that she hired someone else to do the work and did not contact me to discuss our contract. I also have filed a police report on my missing items
