I am rejecting this response because: AHS stated the third party should have provided documentation immediately after the diagnosisI never received any documentation from the technicianI am very aware a part had to be orderI am also very aware once the part was to be replaced it needed freon, 15lbs , estimated cost of $Before I spent this amount of money I simply wanted the documentation proving there was not a leak so I would not waste $dollarsI called ahs and they stated Samuel and Sons' should have given me documentation and the customer service rep was kind of enough to contact samuel and sons for me and attempt to receive this informationhowever, the customer service rep informed me samuel and son's will not provide until the job is complete.

This job was was appointed to Samuel and Sons’ from American Home Shield, via the customers claim with ahsThus the contract and job is between ahs and Samuel and sons, not the customer and samuel and sons We went to the property and submitted our findings to ahs, who appointed the job to
usThey (ahs) then gave us the approval to order the part requiredahs then contacts the customer to inform them what is required and any non covered items that AHS will pay for the job to be completedThe non covered items are part of the policy arrangement between the customer and ahs per their insurance policy The customer then reached samuel and sons directly for an ETA on the partI informed the customer that once the part is in our possession we will contact them directly to schedule the completion of the job During this conversation the customer asked for a receipt I told her that receipt would be ready once the part is in and installed and the job is COMPLETE The customer was upset that she would not get a receipt before job was completedAs with any service or purchase there is no receipt available until the job is complete and paid in fullCustomer continued with wanting a receipt before work was complete and the resorted to telling us that she would get her lawyer involvedAt that time samuel and sons called ahs and requested the job just be sent to another company Again this job is a contract between Samuel and sons and ahs No work was ever completed at the customers home by Samuel and sonsI am sorry that no work was completed for this system nor was Samuel and sons able to explain the work required to the customerThe customer needs to contact AHS for any kind of receipt since that is who she pays NOT samuel and sons At samuel and Sons our priority is to provide timely, complete and professional service done the right the first time
