On 06/11/our worker spoke to the complainant regarding her debt that was placed in our office in which she told us to speak to her lawyer After leaving a message with the lawyer his office contacted our office a week later and informed us he does not represent the complainant On
07/16/our worker left a message on the complainant's work phone but denies telling information regarding serving a notice of process and asking for her direct supervisor Our company has given the worker in this case a written notice and they are on probation for the next days for calling the place of employment We will cease all communication with the complainant because she has no intention on paying this debt and her allegations against our company are false
