I am rejecting this response because: They've in no way acknowledged thier lack of customer service/supportAlthough thier policies claim they're not liable for anything it still doesn't change the fact that they have very rude employees working for them along with skeptical hidden policiesI'm having issues on hOw much they're trying to charge me since my purchase price changed to about $1,more than it was supposed toYet there's no finance charges until they claimExact details have been sent to the comenity bank dispute center in Columbus OhioI have also submitted a disputeI have no intentions of speating with or to the retailers at all as they have no concerns or cares for customersI'm not the only one to deal with thier fradulent companyEverything will be dealt further with the dispute with comenity bankThank you for your time!
