I am rejecting this response because: They've in no way acknowledged thier lack of customer service/support. Although thier policies claim they're not liable for anything it still doesn't change the fact that they have very rude employees working for them along with skeptical hidden policies. I'm having issues on hOw much they're trying to charge me since my purchase price changed to about $1,000 more than it was supposed to. Yet there's no finance charges until 2017 they claim. Exact details have been sent to the comenity bank dispute center in Columbus Ohio. I have also submitted a dispute. I have no intentions of speating with or to the retailers at all as they have no concerns or cares for customers. I'm not the only one to deal with thier fradulent company. Everything will be dealt further with the dispute with comenity bank. Thank you for your time! You can go back to running your terrible business now.

replacing diamonds etc. In regards to Ms. Sarbostani’s desired settlement we feel as a company we have provided adequate information stating our service plan covers repairs or maintenance only and cannot remove any debt owed. We are unable to attach the supporting documentation to the response however a copy the service plan contract has been emailed to [email protected] . Review: I bought a custom made Necklace and Ear ring set from Samuel Jewelers at Sunrise mall, Citrus Heights, California on 8/20/2011. We paid for the set 5.52ct and 1.35ct in total 49 diamonds in the quality of D-F color, and IF clarity. When I asked for a valid certification from a Licensed Gemologist, I got a certification by Samuel Jewelers and they assured me that the same is equivalent and good enough as the licensed certification. When I went for the same store to re-design the set by last week, they gave me an estimation and stated that the diamonds are not D-F color or IF clarity either. And they were wondering to see their certification once I showed it to them.And even the other gemologists confirmed that these are not D-F/IF quality.Desired Settlement: Replace the diamonds with D-F color and IF clarity. The same has to be certified by Licensed Gemologist.

Review: Yesterday ( January 32, 2015) my wedding ring was left in the single family bathroom of [redacted] restraunt ( 3200 fashion mall ) on the strip. While no security, police, manager/staff member could help me at the time ( I was out of the bathroom for about 8 mins before noticing it gone ) neither could the jeweler I bought it from ( samuels jeweler. The manager at the arden fair mall in Sacramento ( his name is [redacted] ) sold us the ring back in March 2014. It was a $5,000 ring. We were first time buyers. No insurance policies, certificates, or serial numbers for the diamond to identify and ensure its safety later on was mentioned. I found out all this information later on by talking to local civilians. The manager [redacted] told me I'd have to go through a third party insurance company which I had no idea until it was too late of course. Basically it was explained as my loss, I pay 5,000 for nothing! I talked to another employee today name [redacted] and from what she explained it's just common knowledge. Her exact words were " we aren't required to explain/offer insurance or any coverage for merchandise we're selling. " " it's common knowledge when customers come in there expected to know these things like you would for buying a home, car, or anything else expensive." Which the realtors of course explain home owners insurance, even she mentioned that. So to expect everyone to know that when they'very never owned a home, only a car is just porposterous! [redacted] jewelers warned me that I may have problems with them later on, and I should've listened! I'm making a police report but there's nothing I can do but go into thier store to get a print out and reciept for the item. It's my fault for not knowing and my fault fo being careless. It should be Madatory for people to insure merchandise of a certain value. They have terrible Customer service and no policy just a cleaning warranty if I diamond fall out. Whose to say if they're even real for that matter! Now I have to hope a pawn shop can identify it by picsDesired Settlement: I do not wish to pay the other 2,000 owed for a ring I no longer have. Not only do I not have it but I have no type of coverage since aparently " I was too dumb for common knowledge " to know I had to ask the manager of the store selling it to me that I need to request a certificate along with insurance! I'm very disappointed in thier customer service. I understand it's my fault for not knowing these things before hand but I do expect to be explained them when purchasing something of greatvalue

Review: My husband and I purchased our wedding bands from Samuels in December of 2013, and were married May of 2014. When we bought the bands, Samuels kept my engagement ring in order to shape it to fit perfectly with my band, and to use it as the sizing guide for my wedding band. They told me these would be ready in a week. When I went in a week later to pick up my CUSTOM DESIGNED ENGAGEMENT RING, they had not even sent the rings out! I was livid. they rushed the rings out, and I had them back right before the day before Christmas. Now, 5 months into my marriage, issue number 2 has come up. There had always been a "chip" in the gold of my wedding band after they sized it down (I wear a size 4.5 ring), and, low and behold, that is exactly where my wedding ring is now broken. Yup... broken. I contacted customer service, and they told me they would be in touch with me to "let me know what they could do." Shocker... I have heard nothing. You have no idea how heart-breaking it is for me and my husband, after 5 months of marriage, to have a busted wedding band. Not to mention that his was sized COMPLETELY wrong from the beginning, and has always been too big. He can't even wear it to work for fear he will lose it. Terrible, terrible products, and even worse service.Desired Settlement: I obviously want my wedding band replaced, sized to the right size AND NOT BROKEN. I would also like a replacement ring for my husband, as the particular ring we purchased for him is one that isn't able to be sized. I'm not looking for money. I just want our wedding sets to be as perfect as we imagined.
