Review: On October 8, 2012 we purchased wedding rings (the bride's was a solitaire with 2 bands attached and the groom's ring w/engraving) for a total of $5059.17 (which includes engraving/warranties) from employee [redacted]. On November 1, 2012 I had to return ring as a diamond was gone but that was taken care of. Our wedding date was August 31, 2013 so rings were brought to store August 20, 2013 to attach & size bands to engagement ring & engrave groom's ring. Customer service that day was very poor, had 2 different people waiting on us and felt very disjointed. On August 29, 2013 I called the store to see if the rings were ready and [redacted] (employee) said they had not received shipment yet. Later that evening they had arrived and groom went to pick them up. (this store is 120 miles round trip to drive) A while later groom looks at rings and realizes his ring has been sized to the size of my ring....wouldn't fit any of his fingers. He returned to store and they indicated there was a possibility another could be found and delivered on the wedding day. [redacted], the store manager, gave him a replacement just in case. We finally received his ring on September 13, 2013. Since then I have had a stone lost November 7, 2013---January 22, 2014----March 29, 2014. I have asked each time for reasons why as I very seldom wear the ring because of fear of losing a diamond and returning and then waiting for repairs, not much response. Have asked for compensation and none received. I called corporate September 18, 2013 and talked to [redacted] and he assured an apology letter would be sent and compensation, of which I have not received. This last instance I asked for money back and that wasn't possible but they selected another ring the same design and said they would replace & fix. Why in less than 2 years must a customer go through such treatment and the employees are argumentative, unskilled, and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I have no confidence in this corporation, have no interest to own merchandise from there and would like my money back with an apology. The rudeness and insufficient results of our troubles have shadowed the sentimental value of our purchases.
