balance of $16.15 from 01/22/2016 (His only order in 2016, not many orders as he mentioned in his complaint). Because this kind issue is very rare, I remember it myself and I personally called him least three (3) times after the server had failed get hold of Mr. [redacted] when his food was made nearly one hour later and left messages to remind him about his order. We had no respond from him at all. The only unfortunate thing is, we could have told him about his balance when he placed his new order on 06/23/2016 if the server who answered his call had noticed Mr. [redacted] had a balance due. But, that function is under manager's login. We did try to contact him when the manager had notice the order was placed by Mr. [redacted]. Same thing again, no one answered the call. Then we had no choice but wait for Mr. [redacted] to show up. We are in business for more than eight (8) years in [redacted], NY. And, we are dedicated to provide our customers high quality Japanese food as well as the best services. We try hard to make our customers 100% satisfy. We will continue to do so.
