Review: I ordered hair from this company and was told that shipping would be 7-10 business. It has now been 15 business days!!!! I inquired about my order and did not receive a reply and was eventually blocked. Apparently, this company has a reputation for not shipping the product in the allotted time frame as there has has been numerous complaints for this issue.Desired Settlement: Explanation of why this trend continues.

Review: I ordered three bundles of hair from this company on May 29Th 2014 the total was 291.50 First I was not even notified that I would not be receiving my hair until I contacted the vendor four days after ordering it has been three weeks contacting them trying to receive my refund and I still have not received my refund. This company has horrible customer service and it is hard to get in contact with them. This is frustrating and an inconvenience I have to try and get in contact with this company everyday multiple times a day just to be told the same thing.Desired Settlement: I need a refund immediately and the bundles for my horrible inconvenience

Review: On August 12, 2014 I ordered/purchased three bundles of Raw [redacted] Sleek Straight 24' hair from Samyah Milan Boutique (samyahmilanboutique.com) of which I paid $302.10. After ordering/purchasing this product I received order number ID #[redacted], and a message stating "An email receipt containing information about your order will soon follow, please keep it for your records." "All orders ship out in two to five business days." Tracking is sent via email when product is shipped." Today is August 25, 2014 I still have not received my order. I have emailed and called them several times and have gotten little to no response. I spoke with a representative today and she was very vague on when I will receive my order. She could not give me a definite delivery date. It's been almost two weeks since I order this product and I believe that I have been very patient while waiting for my delivery. I think their manner of business and service is very unprofessional and untrustworthy, as a result I have been inconvenienced and have had to make other plans.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund. I no longer want the hair.

Review: I ordered their products and on the page at the end of my order it stated I would get an email within 24 hours with tracking information. It has been 4 days and I have received nothing. The money was taken out of my account, but no information was sent to me not even a receipt. I emailed the company two times and have called two times there has been no response. This company is not reliable at all or trust worthy. And if you have a problem they will not address it with you but ignore you completely.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to receive a refund, but I also wanted to report this to Revdex.com so no one else has to go through what I am.

Review: I ordered 3 three bundles of hair on August 16th 2014. I understood my order would not officially go through until the next business day but I overlooked the time frame and did not realize that it would take 7 to 10 days to receive a tracking number. I then emailed the company asking if it was too late to cancel my order. The company emailed me back stating no it was not too late and satated it will take 3 to 5 business days for my order to be canceled. I then emailed them again asking if my order had been officially canceled as of Monday August 25th. I never received a response. I then called the company but they stated they only text therefore I texted them and they still did not respond. I received another email about the hair sale coming to an end which was just general advertisement. I then emailed the company in response to that email asking if my order was cnaceled or if I would receive a tracking number. At this point I just wanted to confirm what actions were being taken on my account. I sent 5 text messages and about 7 emails and I still did not get a response. It had now been 4 days for me to receive a refund and over the 7 to 10 day time frame to recieve a tracking number and I still have not received a response. The company has already taken the funds out of my account and I am left with no answers and the company not responding which has caused a great deal of stress because I feel like they took my money and I have nothing.Desired Settlement: I did not mind waiting for the hair but I was growing increasingly upset with the idea that I could not get answers and that a company is allowed to treat their customers in this manner. I would like the company to be held liable for their lack of customer service satisfaction while having a customer's funds but not providing any detailed information when responding to inquiries. I would like a refund with 15% interest for every day the company was late over the time frame that they provided to me. I would have been satisfied if they would have just answered my questions.

Review: ON SEPTEMBER 23, 2014 MY DAUGTHER ORDERED HAIR FROM THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS AND WE HAVE NEVER RECIEVED ANY PRODUCT NOR HAVE WE RECIEVED ANY RESPONSE TO THE EMAIL OR CALLS.Desired Settlement: WE WOULD WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE HAIR ITS FOR MY DAUGTHER SENIOR PICTURES, IF NOT THEN WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A REFUND.

Review: I ordered some product from the Samyah Milan Boutique Company on September 25th and it says for the product to be here in 7 to 10 business days and I have yet to get a tracking number or even get the product. I feel like I have gotten scammed because I have emailed them numerous times from various ways to get in contact with them and each time I've been ignored. I just want my product or if I can't get it then a refund would do just fine. I want what I paid $320 for or I want my money back. I need your help!Desired Settlement: I either want my product or a refund but I rather a refund., money back on my card.

Review: On August 9, 2014 I ordered posh wave hair off of Samyah Milan boutique website. I did not receive my hair until August 21, 2014. When I checked my hair the hair was slightly frizzy, but I figured it would look different once installed. On the day I went to get my hair installed, my hair dresser had a hard time unravelling it. It was extremely nappy. When she started to install it, she noticed that the hair had a tight curl to it. She asked me to pull the website up I ordered from so that she could see what kind of hair it was. Once I pulled the website up she pointed out to me that they sent me the wrong kind of hair. She told me to call them. I called and informed Samyah that the hair I received was the wrong hair. She asked me to take a picture and send it to her. I then called back and she said that the hair I got did look like the [redacted] Curl not [redacted] wave that I ordered. I asked if I could exchange the hair since she was on [redacted] and [redacted] and I was on [redacted] and [redacted]. She told me that I could not exchange the hair because she did not pack the hair. The package I received clearly has the [redacted] address written on it. She told me I would have to send an email to "Milan" on the website because it was nothing she could do. I went on their website sent two emails from there and did not receive a response. I went on instagram and followed their page, left a comment under one of the pictures explaining the situation and asking for someone to please contact me. Samyah Milan deleted me off of instagram and never responded back to me. I continue to call, and was being sent to voicemail. I sent another email from my email address this time and still no answer. I leave to go on vacation in a couple of days and the hair I have is nappy and not very manageable. I spent $302 total on this hair and do not have an additional $300 to spend on more hair. I never experienced anything like this in my life. They still have not respondedDesired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund. I have went through every step necessary so that I could receive the right hair and I am being ignored. At this point I'm being forced to go on vacation with hair that I did not order. I feel like I'm being robbed and this is very unprofessional. A business should not be able to do this to a customer.

Review: I purchased hair from this company last month and I have not received the items. I have contacted them every way that I could and I have not heard anything back from them. I have talked to other people who has done business with them in the past and I have been told that they have had the same problem.

Review: I ordered hair from this company Sept 18th , they told me I would receive my hair by Oct 9th . Few more day went by , I emailed them to ask about the hair they said they would ship my hair overnight and apologize for the inconvenience. So I gave them 2-3 days for my hair after that , I didn't receive it again. I emailed them and asked for refund and told them that their customer service sucks and they apologized again and said it would take 3-5 business days and as of now it's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't recieved anything yet. So I emailed them again ( the only way to contact them) and they didn't reply . So I sent 3 more emails and still no reply. I wrote them on their page , no reply. Emailed them again , got blocked from all their social networks and now I'm stuck losing 90.10$ .Desired Settlement: A real apology , my hair that I payed for an them to be shut down because I know they had to do this to others and still are. They don't deserve to have a business.

Review: I placed an order on August 28th and 302 dollars 270 for hair purchased and 15 for shipping plus 6% tax. I don't believe tax should have been collected as I am having hair shipped to an address in the sales tax free state of Delaware. Secondly I was also charged tax on the shipping cost not just for the product. It has been 15 business days and there website states 7-10 business days, and I have yet to receive a tracking number or update on the status of my purchase. I have contacted them numerous times via the contact option on their website with only a response asking what name was my hair ordered under which my name and number was listed in the contact field as it is a required field. I responded with no reply. I sent 2 more emails and got one response saying I would have a tracking number by 5 pm 9/16, needless to say I'm still waiting for a tracking number. I left a comment on their [redacted] page requesting an alternative contact method and was blocked from the page. Terrible almost non - existent customer service and I am still not sure if I will ever even get my hairDesired Settlement: I am no longer interested in patronizing this company and would like to have my money refunded immediately or else I see no other option then to resort to filing a report with the police for theft. Please Ms. SAMYAH C[redacted] do the right thing
