The staff was friendly and helpful over the phoneEasy to make an appointment and they actually showed up on time when they came to my homeThe technician that came to my home was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my home audio systemI called them to install a home theater system, which they did just fineBut while the tech was here, he also was able to give me an estimate to repair a tv I was going to throw awayI ended up getting it repaired a few days later and saved me a ton of money because I didn't have to go buy a new oneI couldn't be more pleased with the service I receivedI would absolutely 100% refer this company to anyone in San Antonio

Very satisfied with the quality of the work. Arrived on time. The quoted price was about 10% less than the actual price. Owner told me why it cost me less.

This company does the same work as Bjorns service department but at 60% lower cost. (to start - Bjorns charges $125 service call per hour and they start the billable hour from the time the employee leaves the office- whereas SA Complete Electronics charges a flat $45 service call.

SA Electronics did NOT try to sell me anything, he just did the repair work - told me why my TV - Audio/Visual unit was not working and how he could repair it.

I loved his honestly and attention to detail plus he made sure I was completely satisfied before he left my home.
