Dear Ms***; With reference to your letter regarding Ms***'s refund I am attaching the copies from the credit card companies showing where we have issued a refund In the amount of $TOTAL to Ms***The refunds had to be made to two different credit card companies, Just as the original charges were processedOne was thru our Zirmed Merchant for $145.50, and the other thru our Trust Commerce Merchant for $Each was processed on September 23, 2016, Ms*** may need to contact her bank to see why she has not received these creditsIf you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us

First, let me say that the doctor was terrificHowever, I am still wrangling with the office manager of the facility to get back the overpayment I madeI had a procedure done in late May, The staff told me my insurance was not going to pay anything so I signed agreements for installment payments to the doctor, the anesthesiologist, and the facilityThen in mid June, my insurance did, in fact, pay the entire amount of the three different chargesI immediately called and was able to have cancelled the agreements for the doctor and anesthesiologist; however, I was unable to get the facility fee agreement cancelled because they had to make sure that they received the paymentI am fine with that; however, I called back July and was told it would take - weeks to process the refundI was told they hadnt even started the process and would not have begun the process without this phone call! Four weeks later I called and the "computers were down." August I called and was to

On April 21, 2014, the Business Office attempted to speak with Mr*** regarding his
concernsI introduced the Financial Counselors in the room to try and assist him, He demanded that ***, the rep that he spoke with earlier, leave the room because she was "too stupid and could not explain things to him" or he would not discussHe accused us of "fraudulent billing because we refunded him, then continued to send bills to his wife"
We were unable to explain the scenario because he would not stop yelling repeatedly that he was going to get a lawyerHe continued to comment on how incompetent the staff is, and that he was not going to withdraw his complaint from the Revdex.com
Please find attached a copy of San Antonio Gastroenterology Associates patient receipt and a receipt for San Antonio Gastro Endo Center where they refunded him $on 11/19/
These are two separate entities with two different billings, one for professional services and the other for facilityThis is explained to all patients prior to procedures performed
We believe that we acted professionally, ethically, and in the best interest of our patient in attempting to explain this to Mr***, Please see below an email correspondence regarding Mr*** and the account that was send to me by our financial counselor
Currently the balance of his account is $and is currently past dueIf *** does not remit payment within days, he will be turned over to collections

Tahoma, sans-serif;">Please find attached a copy of the Patient Information sheet signed by Mr. [redacted]. The additional charges that he is concerned about is addressed in the third paragraph,
"I will be billed by San Antonio Gastroenterology Associates, and its agent for physician, pathology and anesthesia charges and by San Antonio Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center for the facility charges."
These financial disclosures are included in this document because at the time of scheduling, additional services/procedures such as biopsies and pathology cannot always be determined prior to the appointment. In Mr. [redacted]'s individual situation, the physician determined the need for a biopsy Which resulted in pathology charges. This is considered standard medical decision-making and best practices for our patients with the same medical scenario.
We offer payment plans to all patients that are reasonable and user-friendly.

The company was given my insurance information to verify benefits.  They told me how much it would cost.  I paid it.  My insurance paid them.  Now they want more.  A business should not be allowed to treat people this way.
