Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had already contacted them several "TIMES" and also, they had my new address "WRITTEN" down and handed to them, also had given them my phone number more them once as I have had it for over a year now, also have "NOT" received "ANY" call from them as my phone show even calls missed, They are stalling you like they did me and now "89" days, "WHY" don't they just send my refund and "QUIT" playing gamesCan't believe a company could do customer this way"MY" address "IS" [redacted] ***, and "MY" phone # "IS" [redacted] , maybe if you send this they will "TRY" to find a new excuse why they are "NOT" returning my money Sincerely, Dick Higbee

Hello, In regard to the complaint number above, I spoke with Mr. [redacted] this morning about his account. An incorrect ZIP code was accidentally entered for his current town. I apologized to Mr. [redacted] about the inconvenience this has caused and have since discussed the issue with the department he worked with originally. We have stopped payment on the check and will be mailing this check tomorrow. He should receive within the next 3-5 business days depending on mail service.
