In Regards to Mr [redacted] , case number [redacted] , on 8/7/2012, All of the equipment on our limousines and party buses is checked before service to ensure it is in proper working conditionThis party bus has too many auxiliary options and controls, and our driver was engaged to pick up eighteen children for a birthday celebrationAll of the lighting, surround sound, heating and cooling, and big screen television controls on the bus are pushbutton, and we strongly believe the controls were manipulated or "played with" by the children, causing them to not function properlyOur driver said to us that this party did not inform him of this issue, nor did they call the office to inform usHe also had no knowledge of the air conditioner not working, and nobody asked him to change out the vehicleThis was a misunderstandingAs soon as we found out from the driver what the situation was, we sent another party bus to pick up the children and they were delivered to their destination safe and soundAlso, they were informed that they would receive a discounted rate

On July 30th, 2014, Ms*** made a reservation with our company to pick her and her party up in Hondo, Texas in a Hummer limousine and take then to downtown San Antonio on November 8th, The schedule according to her reservation was for us to leave San Antonio by 4pm and pick up in Hondo,
Texas by 5pmFrom there we were scheduled to drive to Downtown San Antonio and stay until pm, at which time we would head to Hondo, Texas in order to drop off by pmOur driver would arrive back in San Antonio by 12amWe confirmed and emailed this reservation, and later on she had moved her reservation forward to the 28th of NovemberSometime after this, she decided to cancel her reservation entirelyDuring this period, we could not book the limousine for other customers who wanted it, as it was unavailable to themWe lost out on business because of thisAccording to our contract, which is on our website and was visible to Ms*** via her email confirmation for her reservation, all deposits are non-refundable (they can be used as credit toward limousine service in the future)She was requesting that we issue her a check, but we could not and we had refunded her on the same credit card that was originally used for the reservationShe was notified by email, text, and a phone call that she had received a refund. however, they were dropped them off at 3:55pm and it should be noted that many parts of the road ([redacted]) has a 5 mile an hour speed limit. Arriving at 11:30 pm, the driver called, and they told him that he needed to come inside. The driver went inside and informed then: that he was there and then waited until 12:30 am. As soon as the groom came in. he asked the driver for a cigarette and, of course, our vehicles are "non-smoking". Once the driver picked up the [redacted] and headed to the hotel, they asked for water and sodas. The driver told them that the beverages were stocked and available in the interior beverages compartments, but the [redacted]'s were unable to locate the beverages. The driver pulled the limousine over in order to show them, but according to Ms [redacted]'s statement, she refused the assistance of the driver and asked that they continue on. When they arrived at the hotel downtown, they asked to park in a special place on the hotel property, but the bellman wouldn't allow it. Finally, after driving them around for several minutes, the driver dropped them off. Despite the fact that the limousine and the driver services were exceptional, we informed the [redacted]'s that they would receive a $200 credit (which is more than one-half of the cost of the limousine run - confirmation #[redacted]). Sincerely Yours,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:For one, all of the information provided are lies. The original driver DID get lost, I had my sister as well as my step-daughters as witnesses to this fact. He did not know how to get to [redacted] and he arrived extremely late. I have phone call logs to this effect. My husband/fiancee at the time does not smoke cigarettes so there is no way that he would have asked for a cigarette. In addition, that driver was EXTREMELY early compared to the time that we scheduled the pickup and he was very rude as well as disrespectful. I also have pictures showing that there were NO DRINKS at all in the location that the beverages were to be held at. They didnt even address the fact that the limo was filthy with empty water bottles and soda cans. I just know that I will NEVER return to this company and I HIGHLY suggest no one does either. They rip you off, they have rude drivers, and their owner fails to keep his word and provide you with a FULL refund when services are not rendered as agreed upon.

During the reservation booking process, we explained to Mrs. [redacted] that we, and all other companies, were booked on her requested date (on May 19th, 2012) due to prom season. Prior to the reservation date, our office staff attempted to call her multiple times to gather more information,...

and gain any information that we didn't have. We had no choice but to farm out her reservation to another company we had found with availability. We apologize that this business did not meet her (or our) expectations. At that time, based on her request, we refunded $294.00 in the form of a check, #[redacted], which has since been cashed. The other company that we farmed out to is no longer in business. We informed her of this matter and discussed it accordingly.Sincerely, [redacted] San Antonio Limo
