i, ***, I am responding to *** complaint about the products I had sale to himhe is right about the date that he come to the store (04/23/2014) with one of my clients that is friends with
him, to see the mattress, before sealing the two mattress I told him to take a look at them and make sure if they were okay fro him in which he did he laid down on one, sat on the one who he claims it was on display (englandale)the mattresses were cover with plastic and I can honestly tell you that I don't have any of my products on displayalso, I had tell him the policy of the store which is "NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, NO MONEY BACK" I have sings (5) with the policy mention above around the storehe was aware of such policy and agree to itthe mattress that he mentions is damaged was for his daughter according to himhe was walking in the store and saw one of the mattresses that were on top of each other, he did not try to see if the mattress was okay fro him, he just told me he wanted that one in which I gave him what he requestedthat moment his friends told me to give him a credit and that he will be in charged if the payment is not made by the time he had said he was going to paythat day they paid $and the rest of the payment he had called me after days to pay and he did on 05/02/since I accepted the credit I delivered the mattresses to his residentsince he called me to go get the money for the payment I made a receipt with the date mention above, in addition to that he didn't not mention anything about the mattress and how he was not please with themafter days that he made the payment he come to the store with an regressive attitude and told me he wasn't pleased with the mattress that he didn't try on because it was too soft for him and he needed it something hard for his backthe only thing I advised him was to take the mattress to the fabric so that they can fix it and make the mattress more firmed in which he agreedhe was aware that he was not going to have a mattress the whole weekend, his response to that was that he was okay since he was going to be out of townin which it was done as we agreed and on Monday I gave him the mattressafter that I never heard from him again.until I got the letter of his complainti also have the proves such as the receipt and pictures of the signs in the store, and the receipt has the date I mention in which are not the same dates as he saysif you need me to mail the proves I will as you request them.thank you

I would like to request you to kindly please arrange someone to inspect the bed, it's like I'm sleeping in a pot holeThe bed he gave me and claiming that he had fixed it.All he did was just changed the upper layer of fabric but still the same problem my body is sinking in too much and it's very uncomfortable for me to sleep after paying so much money I'm still sufferingIf I would have bought the same bed's from any American bedding store I would have got a better product, service & respectAnyhow, to resolve this matter someone really have to check the bed than only they can know who is lyingI really did a big mistake by trusting him and the middle guy (cell phone store)They're taking advantage of their customers and lying about each other businesses that they are very good and trustworthy peopleIn reality they're deceiving customers big time

I want to solve this problem as soon as possibleI will go to check the product and I will change it but if this is damage(dirty, scratched,or this has bedbugs) I won't change thisI just want to specify that the customer must pay the delivery cost(that is $50)He has to come to the store to check which bed he wants in the range of the same price of the old product

Yes, I'll pay the delivery charges of $50, but he has give me the proper new bed with out any problemNo display or floor model please
