First, I would like to apologize to Mr. [redacted] that our office was closed early on Friday, Dec. 2nd when he called. Our office hours are from 8am — 5pm: Monday — Friday, except on one day of the year in which we close 1 hour early at 4pm so that our office may celebrate the holiday season with our staff and families. It was unfortunate that it was this day that Mr. [redacted] called. He did speak with our answering service three times after we closed and they took his messages for us. He also reached out to us on our customer portal site at 5:44pm and left a message on our Facebook page as well. We did contact Mr. [redacted] on Monday, 12/5/16 when we returned to the office to address his billing concerns. His questions were answered, I assume to his satisfaction as we collected payment for the amount in question. I'm truly sorry for the stress and inconvenience our early office closure caused Mr. [redacted] and I hope our quick response when we returned to the office to handle this billing matter gave him some comfort. We try very hard to exceed expectations when we deliver our services, but we recognize that there are times that we may fall short. I'm grateful for feedback when that occurs as I recognize unnoticed problems are missed opportunities for improvement.
