Job and contact started April for deck and May for patio with pergola with deadline of June due to grad party Job was minimally worked on with multiple calls for status and response from him that they would be here later or tomorrow This went on daily, weekly, and still I told him that if he was not able to finish by deadline, I need to make alternate plansHe assured me via text and verbally that it would be done I moved grad party days later to give him time to finish but he didn't show up more than days that week with little work doneJob left untended to for a weekExcuses after excuses, told us Sunday he would be done by Wednesday but never showed up to work Said he didn't have a crewDay before party he never responded to message, then texted he needed pavers (why not planning ahead) Again, discussion of party in hours and then saysI will not be able to finishtimes that week he said it would be done We had yo cover the ground pulled up wit

We just move to town and need our deck and fence stained and repaired , we call a few companies and we ended up using San Antonio Stain, they did a wonderful job we love the end product, and would refer them

They did a fantastic job, I hired them to stain my new deck and Patio cover, as well as my old fenceThey were very professional and we're on timeI would be glad to recommend them,
And I will use them again in the future the only reason I am not giving them five stars is I don't give it to anyone

They did a fantastic job,first off I was out of town and needed to get my fence restained HOA was pressuring me, so I called San Antonio Stain inc, they came out the following day to give me a quote , it was nice that they texted me the quote with photos, and gave me a follow up phone call, after our phone conversation I schedule they to come out two days later, they called when they arrived at my home, they cleaned the fence and once they were dine they sent a picture showing there progress they return the following day and stained the fence , it was nice get updates via textOnce I got back in town I simply paid with a credit card though email, they were great and did excellent work , the whole experience was great and would recommend they to anyone

San Antonio Stain is the WORST Company I’ve ever conducted business with I hired them to repair and paint a hail damaged wooden privacy fence and deck Took them weeks to paint the fence then they walked off the job, left the deck half sanded with no notice to me Customer service was nonexistent The owner/manager or whatever his position was didn’t care for questions and actually became angry when I asked what was taking so long Horrible company! I don’t know how they stay in business if they treat other customers in this manner I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend this company

I just hired San Antonio Stain , last week , to fix and replace part of my fence, plus we had them stain it as well, they were a class act , from start to finish, they even clean the stain of our house from the last stain jobMy only complaint is it took days to get a quote, I would still highly recommend them,

I had my deck stained the other day, San Antonio Stain did a great job make my year old Deck look great again , and at a fair price I would use them again or recommend them

Will put oil on my composite deck in late May, as per his rec to refresh it. The result was mildew all over my deck. Zero customer service to come out and address the issue. I finally had to hire another company to get the mildew off. Once I posted a review on Yelp today, Will immediately called w/excuses, but eventually said he might refund the $300 he charged me. We shall see...

Stay Away! Bad customer service and communication. I had my deck stained in June (2014), along with some boards replaced and nails replaced (with deck screws). After five weeks, a substance was seeping from two of the new boards (it looked like tree sap). When I cleaned the sticky, glue-like substance, the new stain came off along with the sap. I called SA Stain Inc. four times over four weeks without the courtesy of a return call. Eventually, I came to not expect them to come out and repair the discrepancies, but my hope was I could at least get the same brand/color of stain, and if they couldn't bring a small amount, at least give me the information to get it myself. Eventually, I repaired their substandard work myself with additional expenses incurred, but no communication, courtesy, or interaction with San Antonio Stain Inc.
