SAN BRISAS APARTMENTS IN WEST HOUSTON

I am not happy with the business to business service. No one at Francis Property Management will pick up the phone or reply back to mail sent to them. My company help many people find apartment homes all over Texas.We work very hard for our commission fee at the end of our deals. Please keep in mind we don't get paid by the hour or week! It should never take a company almost two months to pay a vendor that has earn their fee. I will have a meeting with my real estate agents about this issue. I hope they do the research on apartments before they send their clients to companies that have problems paying once the deal is over. I will also contact other local real estate brokers to see if they ever had this problem with San Brisas Apartment in Houston TX. I'm not sure why this company would mess up a good business relationship over a unpaid invoice? I tried to contact Francis Property Management before I did this review, but no luck.
