There is nothing on the website about a cancellation policy. Even the confirmation email didn't have a time listed, nor anything about what to do in case of a cancellation. I am also having trouble understanding what the response says due to grammar and spelling issues. In addition, I still don't understand why I was sent a limo service when I contacted a taxi company. I expected a taxi and was not given one, and charging me for a predetermined limo ride was deceptive trickery.

Review: This company calls itself a taxi service, but it is actually a limo service. I had reserved a "taxi" (so I thought) for a trip to the airport. Unfortunately that morning I experienced some serious cardiac health issues just as the driver was supposed to arrive. Knowing I shouldn't get behind the wheel of a car, I decided the taxi should take me to the hospital instead. However, when I told the driver this, he was very angry that I changed locations, and blamed me for this. He didn't care that I was very ill. He then didn't know where any of the hospitals were located. Finally, he charged me what I would have been charged if he had taken me to the airport instead of what I should have been charged for the short trip to the hospital. He kept telling me "we're a limo service," but how was I supposed to know that when I hired a taxi service?Desired Settlement: I would like either a full refund or to be charged for the distance that was actually driven.
