Review: I, [redacted], own a [redacted] that I had for around 7 years now. I have spent a good bit of money over the years getting the engine just rite, the interior and other mechanical work. I was holding off in the exterior paint job till last, saving up for a good quality custom paint job. My wife found a place called Tripple A Auto Body and Angel, the owner did a fantastic job, I was ecstatic about it. After taking the car home for a couple days, I decided to have the windows tinted along with my wife's new Toyota 4runner. I was told about this shop run by [redacted] called San Diego Auto Accesories. When I called to inquire about having the two vehicles tinted the guy was in Las Vegas and said he would return on Monday, a couple days away. The day we were to take the two cars to the shop I had the flu so my wife took her car and I made a new appointment. My wife's car came out good and she said he was nice but made some derogatory remarks about me sounding like an " old man" over the phone and he did not expect such a "hot" looking woman to show up. I overlooked this and took my car to his shop a couple days latter. When I arrived [redacted] admired my car and told me he would do an acseptional job on it. He is a very vulgar talking man and the shop is not a good inviorment for a family or anyone sensitive to faul language. My car was there for a few days, and I ask him to do a couple things in addition to the tint, like polish up the chrome bumpers and side panels which he did. One day when he called and said the car was ready I came over and he ask me to stop and grab some beers so we could hang out while his crew put the finishing touches. I came by expecting a finished great looking job only to find that the back window was no where near done, I told him I could not wait as my wife was with me and had to get going and so I'd be back tomorrow. When I came back, my car was parked out front of the shop, after a fast inspection I immediately noticed several scratches in the driver side door to the metal. When I ask him what happened he made little of it and began to get defensive, after a closer look, the back window looked like my 5 year old son had done the work, it was a mess. Then I noticed that he washed the car and took a buffer that I did not ask him to do to my brand new custom paint job, the dark Indigo Blue is a mass of spider webs scratches in the clear coat. At this point I began to get very upset and ask him what he was planing on doing to correct the problems he made. I had payed him $180 up to this point in cash for my wife's car plus advance on mine. When I realized he was going to do nothing about the mess he made I just wanted out of there. I ask what he expected to be paid and he said $150 cash, when I said that was not fair and I'm going to be out a fortune fixing the damage he grabbed my keys and said he was keeping the car unless I went to the bank and paid him the cash, as I offered him a credit card he said he did not take credit cards. He was talking nothing but filthy dirty talk at this point, and acting like a gangster thug rather than a business professional. I'm a small business owner, listed with the [redacted], I know every job does not go perfect but I do everything in my power to satisfy my customers and leave people happy. In short this man has cost me not only the $480 cash I gave him but thousands of dollars to fix the damage he caused. I have filed a formal complaint with the CA Department of Consumers Affairs and waiting in a follow up. All I want is for him to pay for the cost to fix the damage he caused.

Thank you, any assistance with this matter is much appreciated, there is even more to this story but I don't feel like writing a book. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want him to pay to do the work I hired him to do, I have to have the driver side door re-painted, the glass all re-tinted as it came off by the time I took it to another shop where it is now, my car I mean. [redacted]. a place I should have went to to begin with. The owners will write a letter stating the condition of the vehicle when I brought it there, the same day as I picked it up from San Diego Auto Accessories, I was so upset and angry, I literally was crying. A grown man. After finally getting everything just rite in this classic DL Camino, for this tint shop to do the damage they done is beyond unfair, it's out rite ridiculous. Especially when the owner won't even take any responsibility for what happened at his shop. All I want is for him to pay to fix the car, he can keep the $480 cash, I have to spend a lot to fix the scratched door, and the clear coat is questionable whether it can be wet sanded or not.

I need help.

Review: I have gone back to San diego Auto Accessories several times because I have not been happy with the tint job done on my car. I have had my tint redone twice now but have had to go there several times to show and feel like almost argue because of the poor job I wasn't happy about. A couple times that I went [redacted] the owner would tell me different things like, " the bubbles take a couple weeks to go away, not all tint jobs are perfect, maybe it was because you windows where dirty, water maybe seeped in between the tint and the window causing the bubbles, the sun, and on. He gave me very excuse in the book instead of trying to make the customer happy and obiding by his lifetime warrenty and/ or just doing to job right to begin with.

[redacted], the owner and secretary [redacted] have continuesly lied and given me run

around about my tint. I first had tint redone on front windows because lower corners of tint where crinkled so I went back and showed [redacted] and he redid them, at that time I asked him about the bubbles and scratches in the tint and he said it can take up to 3 weeks to go aways. After about a little over a month the bubbles and scratches where stil there so I went back and showed the owner [redacted] and he said "so what do you want me to do, If I do this I am not doing your tint again, no tint is perfect so you shouldn't worry about those little bubbles". Then he said, " make up your mind and come back when you decide what to do just remember once I do your tinit again I will not do it again ever"

**nd you when I had my tint done initially I was told I had a "LIFE TI** WARRENTY" on the tint if there where any problems with it.

I recently went back because I still was not happy and showed him again and he said to me to make an appointment and to make sure to tell his secretary [redacted] that he was going to do it. I scheduled the appoinment 3 weeks out and indicated to her he was to do the tint as he told me to tell her. 2 days prior to my appoinment I called to confirm my appoinment and [redacted] said "yes your appoinment is scheduled for 9am" So when I came in on Saturday morning for my 9am appoinment his workers said that he doesn't ever come in that early and I explained to them that I confirmed 2 days earlier and that [redacted] said [redacted] was going to be there and I waited till about 10:30am and they still could not get a hold of [redacted] so since I live a bit far from the tint shop I asked if they ould drop me off at the starbucks and I would wait for my car there( I had my 6 year old son with me). A couple hours passed and I called the shop and they said that [redacted] would be in around noon or after and they he would start on my car. I later at 1:18pm recieved a call finally from [redacted] the owner and he started the call very rudely and loudly stating" so what are we doing to your car, I reminded him about the bubbles and scratches all around and that all of it was very poorly done, he then said to me there is no way I am doing all the windows over, I am only doing the 2 front windows and didn't I redo your tint like 6 times, I said no you only redid it once. He then stated "it feels like I have seen you face like 6 ot 7 times!!" and he said this very loudly. He then continues to try to insult me and is very rude on the phone he said, 'he never wants to see my face in his shop again, that when I pick up my car it better be the last time I bring it there, that when I pick up my car he is going to make me sign something stating he never wants to deal with me ever again and so on and so on."

I waited until 4:30 and I finally had a friend call the shop and they told him oh ya the car has been ready come pick it up. So I don't even know when or how long the car had been ready but no one bothered to call me or notify me. When I got to the shop I waited at thye front and all his workers including his secretary [redacted] where sitting in the back laughing very loudly and talking they had no idea my friend and I where there waiting until I said something. I then asked to speak with [redacted] and a worker went back to get him and came back and said he will not work on your car ever again. Then I asked I again said I want to speak to [redacted] he said a lot of things over the phone to me I want to talk to him thats when his secretary came out and said [redacted] said to tell you we are not working on your car ever again and thats it. **ND YOU AGAIN THE TINT IS SUPPOSE TO BE LIFE TI** WARRENTY!

They are an un reliable, unprefessional very poorly runned company. they don't care of making their customers happy. Not only the owner but his secretary are very rude.

[redacted] is one of the most rudest, sexest, unprofessional, unreliable, business man I have ever met. Also I wanted to forget to add, even though I am Latina I have told [redacted] to not speak to me in spanish and she repeatedly spoke to me in spanish even though I would respond to her in english. It is very ignorant to assume someone speaks spanish and to speak to them in spanish just because they look hispanic/latino. One of his workers didn't speak englsh at all and I had to explain to him that my car door roll down a cm when they open. He has workers who don't even comprehend the english language working much less understood how my car worked. There were many issues with this shop and they should not be doing this to people. [redacted] thinks he can treat a woman like this because she "probably doesn't know anything about what has to do with tint anyway" which I heard him say to his worker. HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC AND NON EDUCATED IN BUSINESS **N IS WHAT CEASAR IS.

He treated me very rudely, he was very sexest from the moment I started bussiness with him, I have over heard him talk about marijuana and drinking with his workers. He yelled very loudly at his daughter in front of me it was very very uncomfortable. I have witness him be rude to other customers on the phone. He has poor people skills, poor work ethic, poor customer service. Extremely rude secretary office and staff continuesly giving you the run around, shop doesn't keep its word about appointment times, doesn't keep its word about tint warrenty.Desired Settlement: lifetime warrenty like I was told initially I was going to be given on my tint or my money back

To whom this may concern,

On or about the end of summer 2013 **. [redacted] was referred from one of our current vendors.

The Vendor himself brought in Customers vehicle to be tinted. Percentage of tint was decided upon

received. One week later **. [redacted] returned due to guarantee. She stated that the tint was to

dark. We offered her the removal and the lighter tint at no cost.

Within 2 months she returned and requested that the color was to light. As courtesy to **.

[redacted] exchanged it to the original color that she had gotten the first time around.

On or about the fall of 2013 I the [redacted] (owner) was not in town due to the SE** show. Customer

returned to remove the film due to a traffic ticket.

Two Saturdays later she made an appointment to tint her windows again. I [redacted] (owner) I clearly

stated to her that this would be the last time we would do her car. Due to her being a referral from Nice

& Easy. No more returns were going to be accepted. She later in came into the office, aggressively,

using foul language and very irritated. She came in with a friend and did not refrain herself from

obscenities. ** secretary at the time took care of the situation. In the best manner possible. We have

**s. [redacted] on DVR if needed we can have that video reviewed.

To summarize this was a courtesy tint originally paid by [redacted] from (Nice & Easy). Due to all the labor

hours and material hours invested in this tint we will not make any refunds. Please advise how we can

provide more information. Contact us at your convenience so we may discuss this matter further if

needed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted] is a pathological liar and that is why it took his this long to respond. He had to come up with a story so that he can write back. He called me screaming and yelling at me on the phone and when I went back to the shop that's why I went back to the shop with a girlfriend of my because I was affraid to go alone after he yelled and was so aggressive. So when I went back to the shop I asked to speak with him and his secretary continued to say over and over he's not coming out. I asked her to please have him come out and yell at my like he did on the phone. Like I said in my initial complaint, I have witnessed him him yelled aggressively at his daughter and wife in the shop that way. He's use too treating woman very poorly and has a whole "machismo" thing going on. If you look at all the online "Yelp" reviews and other sites like that other woman have complained that he's the same way. He's a very ignorant man with no manners, no work ethic or business skills.

I have never once mentioned that I had a traffic ticket, if he was paying attention to what I said and I did tell his worker Albert cause he made a copy of the form I had, I had told [redacted] that I don't have to worry about getting a ticket for tint. I have a written letter from my doctor stating I have chronic migraines and I need the tint and I also have the codes and a note from the police department stating I can have it to which I was trying to tell his also ignorant and unprofessional secretary. I want the Revdex.com to be aware of this business and how horrible they are and how they scam people. I went back because they claim they do such a great job and have a life time warrant, I wanted my car to look great and up to par and it didn't and that's why I continued to go back!!!
