Review: I am writing today because of the many things that were not disclosed in the agreement to purchase the car that I have.There were things that were not done correctly and things that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.San Diego Auto Club organization sold me a car that was rear ended and it was not reported on Carfax or to me.Water damage is visible in the trunk lining causing the Mold spores to spread into the car. Also, the way that we have our down payment arrangement is that I put a down payment and 1000 dollars more was added to my contract without my knowledge payable to the dealership.There was a mistake on the first contract I signed and I was asked to sign another where they added a page about liability.Duress and anxiety happened to me because,of what I felt was mistreatment and discrimination as a woman,we were in the 100 degree weather of summer and after 5 visits I was unable to inspect the car because of a boxed in situation.The car has mold in it and smells like someone urinated in the venting system, air conditioning and heat cannot be used because, of the urine smell.I would like help to know what I can do from here.I was over charged for the value of a car based on the loan that was given.I am very concerned for the respiratory system of myself and my child.Also,the safety as it is obvious this car has been in an accident and that accident was covered up by San Diego Auto Club.When I tried to inspect the trunk where the damage is, with the little time I received with the car before the purchase I was unable to see the spare tire section where the damage is because, their people put 4x6 wood planks in the trunk and extra carpets to hide the damage.I could not lift the wood.I am doing this report based on the advice of a company who has done an estimate on what it would take to get right.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement car based on the value of the contract I signed twice.
