After reviewing the complaint ID [redacted] you faxed our officeWe pulled Mrs [redacted] file and reviewed all documentsIt shows we did agree to pay for half of brake service, We always have customers bring vehicle to have our shop do any type of repairs, Mrs [redacted] took it to another shop and never informed us of cost before work was done for any type of approval by our companyAlso any type of due bill for service / repairs is good for one year only customer bought car May 27, It has been over a year[redacted] ***

In regard to letter dated February 5, for complaint ID ***We called Mrs*** on February 10th to resolve her issue, we asked her to please fax our office her invoice /bill to review it, she was going to fax it the next day To date we have not received anything from Mrs***We also asked her if she gave your office Revdex.com copy of bill ?

They did not complete all brake repairsThey only paid for half of the cost of the rear brake repairs. The document does not specify that the repairs can only be completed at their shopIn fact I had the rear brakes repaired at another shop AND the company paid for thisThe contract is completely silent as to where the brakes are to be repaidThis business does not have an actual teapot shop -- they are a business, which resales cars.There is nothing in the document, executed by their employee, that indicate that the repairs must be completed within a year. Finally, their employee signed a written contract for the repair of the brakesThe statute of limitations in the state of California for a written contact is years years from the day of execution of contract per code of civil pro due section 337. You have the written documentationThis company need to honor the agreement or here will be court action, including a cause of action for fraud.
